Using back of knife, loosen beef by lightly chopping over beef. Cut beef into strips of around 2-3 inches long. Marinade.
Beat eggs, and combine rest of ingredients. Mix well, and let rest for 20 minutes.
Heat oil for frying and turn to medium heat. Place beef in batter, the fry beef until golden brown. Take out, and repeat frying once and take out. Place on oil absorbing papers to absorb excess oil and serve.
