1.Cut Tofu into 4 pieces of equal size, fry them with oil until golden, scoop out the center part for stuffing.
2.Mince the Vegan Beef, Dried Mushroom, Edamame, Red Carrot, fry them with oil until fragrant, add vegan oyster sauce for seasoning.
3.Stuff the fried mixture of Vegan Beef, Dried Mushroom, Edamame, Red Carrot into the tofu and steam for 6 minutes.
4. Cook vegan oyster sauce with water and corn flour to make a thin dressing, pour it on top of the steamed stuffed tofu; mince red chilly and string beans and use them for decoration.
