1.Slice bitter melon and add salt (to remove the bitter taste). Rinse the melon when it became soft and dry it afterward.
2.Slice the dried tofu into mouthful size, slightly fry the surface, set aside.
3.Fry bitter melon, and add tofu and tofu puffs. Pour egg and stir rapidly and add salt, sugar and soy sauce for seasoning.
4.Put Okaka flakes on top. Ready to serve.
