蘋果材料:
蘋果(切丁粒) 2個
砂糖
2湯匙
水 4湯匙
檸檬汁 1湯匙
草莓汁材料:
草莓 100克
幼砂糖 1湯匙
木槺材料:
麵粉 100克
紅糖 3湯匙
泡打粉 1/2茶匙
燕麥片 3湯匙
牛油(冷凍切小丁粒) 60克
其他材料:
乳酪 酌量
Method
做法:
1. 預熱焗爐至 180C 用一小鍋,加蘋果,糖,水,檸檬汁用小火,煮至糖溶解,蘋果軟身.轉至一小碗中,放涼.
2. 另小鍋中,放草莓和糖,用小火煮至糖完全溶解,部分草莓開始爛開,放涼.
3. 用一大盤,先把麵粉,紅糖,泡打粉,燕麥片拌勻.加牛油粒,用手指尖把牛油磨入麵粉中,成粗粒. 放上已鋪上baking paper的焗盤中,稍鋪平。
4. 放入已預熱的焗爐中,焗約 15至20分鐘.拿出焗爐,用叉鬆開木槺.
把放烘培紙連木槺拉出.
5. 把草莓汁,蘋果粒分別放入杯中,加乳酪,木槺.
