Cut bell peppers into desired size.
Wash pork and cut into small pieces. Wipe dry and marinade. Dip in beaten egg and coat with a thin layer of cornstarch.
Heat oil in wok, and fry pork pieces in oil until golden brown in colour. Take out,and fry again in oil after 3 minutes until it floats. Take out and drain off excess oil.
Remain 1tbsp of oil and stir fry bell peppers. Add in sweet and sour sauce, stir well, then add in fried pork and fry until combined and serve.
