If you cannot decide over the wide variety of accompaniments which can be eaten with these thick rice noodles, give this traditional yunnan combination a try.

beef shin 1lb
bried beancurd 150g
chives some
minced meat 150g
eggs 2pcs
chinese bean sauce 4tbsp
vinegar some
Seasoning
Ingredients forcooking beef shin:
aniseed,cumin,dried orange peel
Method
cook beef shin,dried beancurd and boiled eggs in boiling sauce until tender.leave cool,and slice into thin pieces.
Heat some oil in pan, add in minced meat and bean sauce , stir until combined and well cooked.
Cook rice noodles according to cooking time on package, the quickly rinse under cold water, drain and place on plate. Arrange rest of ingredients on top the add in some sesame oil and serve.
