同 @hkfatpig 嘅世紀之約去咗食呢間我𝑏𝑜𝑜𝑘𝑚𝑎𝑟𝑘左好耐好耐嘅拉麵！餐牌選擇唔多，亦都同時代表佢哋專心做好幾樣食物！不過呢度店舖座位唔多，只得十幾個左右，所以𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘𝑑𝑎𝑦𝑠 嘅12點半左右到嘅我哋都等咗大概半個鐘先有位～.went on a ramen adventure 🍜 with fellow foodie @hkfatpig 😊 @menshoufuryu is not a super big shop with around 10 seats only and it fills up pretty quickly too 😆 there are two soup bases to choose from, pork bone 🐖 or shrimp based 🦐 both soups are pretty concentrated, which is good for those that like a stronger soup base 🤤 overall, very solid bowl of ramen 🍜 definitely worth a try

《拉麵》
呢度嘅拉麵只有兩款湯底，加多少少錢嘅套餐就可以有小食同埋半熟玉子，但我哋對小食冇乜興趣所以就無叫到小食🙊
拉麵屬於幼身嘅嗰一種，本身個人麻麻哋呢一種拉麵，但食落口感唔錯，比想像中彈牙，唔會話食到未會變得好淋！
叉燒就另外碟上，肥瘦適中，仲有陣烤煙燻嘅香味，再加上外層微脆，好好食！

湯底做得非常之出色，好鮮甜！成日覺得蝦味增嘅湯底會好鹹，但係真係飲晒成碗湯都冇問題🤣大量櫻花蝦，完美咁混入左個湯底度，好香濃，但又唔會話太膩！
