After a long day at work, me and my friend decided to have something sweet! Passion was on the top of our list in TST.Apple crumble was delicious, the staff will heat it up and it will take around 15 minutes. Again, it was very sweet like the last time I tried but I didn't mind it too much today. And I also tried to dip it into the sauce this time which tasted much better.Mixed berries tunnel and Mixed fruit danish were both very yummy, the pastry were crispy and the flavour was spot on.

We were attracted by the smell of the bread so we walked in the saw a large variety of salad. We couldn't resist so we ordered a large salad where you can choose three types of salad. O choose the tomato feta cheese, chicken pasta and vege mix. They were seasoned prefectly. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich, the chicken was nice but the bread was a bit hard to bite. 今晚要去喜宴，在此之前，當然要打打底啦~~ 下午跟朋友去了尖沙咀午飯，離開的時候，就順道去Passion by Gerard Dubois on Mody Road 買件Quiche 食食吧~~行去的途中，一直跟自己說「買件Quiche 就好了買件Quiche 就好了」，始終近來食太多喇，不想加"重"呢!!不過呀，Passion by Gerard Dubois 的餅櫃實在實在太吸引了!!! 而且，多了很多聖誕限定的麵包糕點，好不容易，才按住「店員，全都給我來一份」的衝勁，只買了三件，回家跟一家之煮及大胃王分享~說好了要買Quiche，當然要買一份Quiche 啦~~Today's special 係Asparagus & French Ham Quiche ($37)，所以就選它了!!回家放入焗爐，稍稍焗十五分鐘，就有香噴噴、熱辣辣的Quiche 啦~~圓滾滾的Asparagus & French Ham Quiche，酥香十足，蛋芯厚厚但依然保持嫩滑，內有不少蘆筍跟火腿，鹹鹹香香的，很滋味!! 另外又買了兩件甜點，Passion Fruit Mont Blanc ($40)的栗子蓉
