It's time to celebrate the start of April! bright and a sheer delight, is there anything better than glass of champaign that livens up the bubbles with passion fruit puree and peach schnapps?!  A hint of lemon simply brings out the sweetness on the grilled tiger prawns and slows down our hectic working pace. It would be even better if the cooking time can be shortened ( the meat is a bit overcooked...)

 Grilled rib eye steak has become our favourite main, in perfect pink that packs a ton of flavour ( and it pairs magically well with cocktail!) We are quite surprised that we can tuck ourselves into food in great quality at a bar.

今次我哋一班朋友一行六人因為要就大家方便嘅關係,所以今次嘅朋友聚會就揀咗喺尖沙咀諾士佛臺嘅一間西餐廳名叫Port,呢間餐廳嘅地理位置十分之優越,喺The One行過去唔駛三分鐘就十分之容易搵到, 餐廳嘅裝修十分之有外國feel, 呢一間餐廳亦都吸引佐好多嚟香港旅行嘅外國人光顧!  今次我哋六個人主要喺度飲下酒食下西式小食, 呢度有一樣嘢好明顯做得好好亦都係今次光顧嘅highlight就係依度嘅cocktail! 先講下呢一間餐廳嘅食物卡里斯塔 (Caritas)呢一個卡里塔斯嘅內容有煮豬肉,黏果酸莎莎醬, 白乳酪, 慢煮豬肉十分之入味,肉質方面廚師掌握得好好,豬肉話係慢煮嘅但係肉質冇話太靭或者好嚡口! 咸同甜嘅味道相對都較為重,但wrap起個皮一齊食嘅話就恰到好處! Crispy Chicharrones呢一度菜嘅內容有脆皮(Chicharrones) 慢烤豬肉, 薯片, 佢最精彩嘅部分就係豬嘅脆皮, 可能係因為新鮮烤焗出嚟嘅關係食落口真係撲撲脆! 乳豬肉亦都十分之彈牙一啲都唔靭! 鍾意食豬嘅朋友可以試下呢一道菜!Flat Pizza (蘑菇 Mushroom) $98一個薄餅嘅薄餅皮

 呢一個卡里塔斯嘅內容有煮豬肉,黏果酸莎莎醬, 白乳酪, 慢煮豬肉十分之入味,肉質方面廚師掌握得好好,豬肉話係慢煮嘅但係肉質冇話太靭或者好嚡口! 咸同甜嘅味道相對都較為重,但wrap起個皮一齊食嘅話就恰到好處!

 呢一度菜嘅內容有脆皮(Chicharrones) 慢烤豬肉, 薯片, 佢最精彩嘅部分就係豬嘅脆皮, 可能係因為新鮮烤焗出嚟嘅關係食落口真係撲撲脆! 乳豬肉亦都十分之彈牙一啲都唔靭! 鍾意食豬嘅朋友可以試下呢一道菜!

 一個薄餅嘅薄餅皮做得好薄,脆脆哋,內容有烤蘑菇, 迷迭香, 奶油山羊芝士, 味道方面蘑菇味都幾香,但感覺上好似落多左少少油, 但問題不大, 餸酒幾好!
以下三款係我飲咗嘅cocktail, 三款酒都好有驚喜,可以睇得出調酒師係擺咗好多心機落去設計同埋調制出嚟!

 呢一杯致命誘惑(Fatal Instinct) 主要係用bacardi 151做主酒,配合荔枝同埋羅勒葉加菠蘿汁做出嚟嘅! 口感好easy to drink, 味道好似飲緊一杯有酒精嘅Tropical mocktail 荔枝配合羅勒葉有一種生果甜而又清新嘅感覺,菠蘿汁彌補咗荔枝欠缺嘅鮮果汁味, 杯嘢飲既主酒係用咗bacardi 151 所以酒精嘅味道亦都十分之明顯, 所以成杯嘢飲取得咗一個好好嘅生果味同酒精嘅平衡, 鍾意飲Fruity又Refreshing嘅朋友呢杯嘢值得一試!

 呢杯龍捲風係以綠色水果為主題- 主酒係Gin酒, 配合酸蘋果汁同埋Midori,加新鮮奇異果炮製出嚟, 味道方面主要係Midori既蜜瓜味同埋Gin酒最為明顯跟住就係酸蘋果汁同埋奇異果, 因為有Midori嘅味道所以令到杯嘢飲好容易入口,佢有一種好似食緊蜜瓜糖嘅味道, 鍾意Midori嘅朋友呢杯嘢值得一試!

 喺今次我哋聚會嘅最後期,我叫咗呢一杯名叫Flaming sweetheart 烈焰紅心嘅shooter,呢杯嘢嘅內容係 Bacardi 151, Creme de Menthe, Creme de Bananues, 佢嘅賣相十分之吸引, 味道方面就偏甜,有薄荷味同少量香蕉味,但酒精味亦都十分之重! 
總括嚟講呢間餐廳最突出之處就係佢好比心機做好佢嘅cocktail, 鍾意飲嘢尤其是鍾意飲cocktail嘅朋友呢間餐廳係一個好好嘅選擇!
