We had a nice afternoon tea before hiking. The cafe is located at the quite part of Wan Chai. It was quite chill to enter the shop as we felt like we are outside HK.Under such vibe, we ordered a few dishes, including a few cups of coffee, egg benedict, sandwich and granola bowl.(1) Latte- The coffee is creamy and the coffee beans were believed to be sourced from south america.(2) Egg Benedict- The egg benedict is served with a deep fried crab cake. 事緣去Ninetys 中伏之後，就帶咗女朋友來星街呢邊揾食。行咗日街同星街之後，覺得呢間幾大幾光猛之後，就決定等位。疫情關係，室內座位減少，需要等兩張枱。好在人客食完都唔hea 咁耐，約莫等左15分鐘就入得。Menu 比較近英美式早餐，另外有啲澳洲牛油果🥑食品，咖啡方面仲有啲比較特別嘅recipe，例如Dirty、Black Tie、Bulletproof等等。我哋點咗4樣嘢：Avocado Toast、Egg Benedict、Masala Chai Latte、Bullet Proof Coffee。Bullet Proof Coffee係椰子油加牛油咖啡(右下角)，味道好香，幾特別。兩樣食物都唔錯，好適合牛油果控🥑。Egg Benedict 個蛋更流心更好。價錢方面好過大道東Ninetys 好多。整體感覺幾好，下次可以再encore，人唔多嘅話，得閒都可以坐耐啲，員工都好easy 同helpful。

今次是早餐時段，點左pancake同egg Benedict！平平無奇的pancake 竟然好好味！內裡超鬆軟又有蛋香，不似是一般的預拌粉。egg Benedict 保持超水準！每隻蛋都是一樣生熟度和流心程度！
