呢間餐廳食dinner都食左幾次, 今次一定要試下個brunch..因為見openrice都寫到好正咁...咁冇理由唔試食架...咁的確係幾正...specially個benedict, 超滑, 入口仲暖笠笠, 佢既配搭係一個pama ham + aruguia + truffle, 另一個係smoked salmon + black caviar但估唔到pama ham配松露都咁正...味道出乎意料咁夾....好香既松露味, 再帶有點點既pama ham鹹味, 加埋流流地既蛋...入口真係即溶既感覺...super good...不知係咪pama ham太香, 所以再smoke salmon+魚子就變得普通左dd咁啦..不過都係好食既...之後再叫多左個PANCAKE..QQ既感覺, 味道唔錯, 佢既PANCAKE漿都係有BLUEBARRY做..絕對唔係開粉咁流羅...有誠意既煮法....味道唔錯...之後再食埋個LEMON TART真係飽到冇朋友...好脆既TART抵...酸酸既內餡 + 蛋白既表面....會令胃口大開...不過我略為覺得大左小小..有點膩, 如果可以細番小小就pr
