There isn’t a lot of option around this area. When you want a burger this is probably the better option ! Set lunch comes with a selection of burger + fries and drinks ! Today I had selected the bacon and cheese burger with sweet potato fries ! On request a middle patty for my burger to ensure that it’s not going to be over cooked ! It’s always very enjoyable to come to Stanley on the weekends, but the issue with Stanley is parking space. Always gets quite full over the weekends. Beef & Liberty in Stanley has always been a favourite for my family. 香港已經唔會落雪，加上近年冬天越來越暖，聖誕氣氛雖然仍然熱鬧，但沒有那一股寒流，總覺得欠缺了一些。難得今年赤柱廣場設置了一個歐洲小鎮式的小型聖誕市集，趁著周末走去逛逛。市集就擺設在赤柱廣場前面那一大片露天公眾用地，也有30多40個小攤檔，但真真正正售賣與聖誕節有關的物品就不是太多。反而，赤柱廣場周邊的幾間餐廳，採用全開放式設計，餐廳門外又擺放了幾張細枱，就甚有歐洲小餐廳的風味。之前試過「Pinot Duck」，今次就試試「Beef and Liberty」。餐廳採用全開放式設計，雖然室內也設有空調系統，基於節能，不適宜廣泛分布；為了增加通風效果，天花安裝了具備氣流動力學原理而設計的吊扇，加上樓底超高，估計即使夏天時候也不會太過悶熱。開放式酒吧及開放式廚房是近年時尚餐廳的設計風格，酒吧的《MILK》及《BAR》正好代表咖啡、奶昔類及啤酒、紅白酒，對應餐廳提供的飲品選擇。一張紙的餐牌內容非常簡單，一面全部是飲品、另一面是輕便午餐，食品選擇只有漢堡包、沙律、配菜輕便早午餐（brunch）；唔知道夜晚會不會有多啲選擇？除了基本餐牌之外，尚有一款是日推介，但今日不想食 BBQ 烤豬，結果還是揀了
