Morton's of Chicago

Morton’s is one of the best steakhouses in Hong Kong and lived up to its name on this visit. Staff were fantastic, food was exceptional and the view is stunning. I especially liked the lobster and steak set menu for Father's Day. Surprisingly, I don’t find Morton’s to be the best steak in town, but it is still excellent and everything else is to die for. 今日係屋企人生日，所以我地一齊去左以間我認知中全港數一數二既扒房食Dinner, 坐底無幾耐，已經送上Morton 馳名既洋蔥包，一如既往都係暖暖既，外脆內軟，加上香噴噴既洋蔥味，為美好既晚餐展開序幕我地前菜叫左 Lobster Cocktail, $235食得出Lobster新鮮彈牙，唔洗配sources 個蝦味已經好唔錯，不過份量略少前菜仲叫左 Baked Morton’s Prime Ocean Platters, for 2, $560有齊最美味既焗煙肉帶子，珍寶蟹餅，焗蠔，同焗大蝦。當中最欣賞蟹餅，輕輕切開，仲可以見到一梳梳既蟹肉，而且味道鮮甜，必食之選！之後主菜我地分別叫左Centre Cut Prime Ribeye, $ 728 同 Bone in Ribeye, $ 748Ribeye 用燒既方式煮係最最好食既，經過高溫一燒，牛肉同油脂既香氣噴發出黎，好夾好好味，而且Morton好識得控制肉入面既熟度，絕對符合客人既要求，做到外帶微焦，內𥚃軟嫩，非常好食最後又點少得甜品呢，食左咁多肉，我地決定叫個清新d ge Key Lime Pie, $ 130以個正，青檸既微酸幫
