 🧀I really appreciated the pan fried goat cheese!! By tasting the pan fried goat cheese, the bitter stinky cheese taste came from the nose😂 The fresh goat cheese was better for me. There were also some honey, smoked ham, cherry tomatoes, walnuts inside the salad

 🍨This was full of caramel style with caramel ice cream, caramelised bananas and salted butter caramel. If you are craving for sweet sweet crepe, this one you would definitely irresistible! The crepe was so chewy and soft

 🔥The flamed crepe has strong alcohol☺️ The mango paste was a little bit sour and it really matched with sweet vanilla ice cream and sweet alcohol~ I love this so much!

This was recommended by staff, it is authentic pairing of having crêpe with apple cider🍎  from Brittany🇨🇵 It had fresh fruity aromas and balanced in bittersweet and acidulous from apples🍎

    Crepe對我黎講係一樣好authentic既食物，有次去旅行食過有鹹有甜toppings既crepe，先發覺原來同自己係香港掃街食既忌廉crepe係兩碼子既事 crepe係可以食得好posh好有variety! 不過要係香港搵返呢個味道真係唔容易，好彩有個同樣識飲識食既好姊妹帶我黎呢度，仲話係佢之前既定情meal 話說大食既男友唔太喜愛薄薄既crepe，咁就梗係同好閨蜜食下高質餐談下心餐廳以航海做主題, 俾人有海港既感覺, 應該就係想營造返餐廳來自Brittany, Paris既呢個海港連枱上面既鹽同胡椒都係用燈塔裝住, 好有去旅行既feel我自己偏愛甜d既酒, 呢隻來自Brittany既4.5% alc. cider fruity得黎又夠dry, 配住黎食crepe+cream係傳統既法式食法🤌 唔怪得知係Paris 2018既得獎酒係Brittany飲apple cider, 傳統都係用碗黎飲, 好似中國飲酒果d戰鬥碗, 即刻變左好豪爽 正合我地兩個麻甩系女生!法國菜其中一個signature一定非鵝肝莫屬, 呢度既foie gras大隻得黎好飽滿, 煎至外層金黃香脆, 內裡嫩滑

    呢度最主要係食法式可麗餅, 鹹既buckwheat flour #galette 同甜既 #crepe , 無論係配煙三交魚🐟帶子🍄蘑菇煙肉忌廉🥓定椰子雪糕🥥都好好味, toppings真係好多選擇好百搭


    沙律1d都唔馬虎, 唔會淨係得生菜咁單調, 鹹鮮味既煙三文魚加埋番茄仔同埋乾蔥夠豐富, 用檸檬汁做簡單調味已經足夠, 唔駛落沙律醬更清新.

    蘋果cider 🍾, 蘋果sorbet 同caramelised 蘋果crepe😍 簡直係蘋果三食! 帶烈酒香得黎, 甜甜既焦糖蘋果片又有酸酸地既青蘋果sorbet中和返, 唔會淨係得死甜, 酸甜既平衡拿掐得宜

    整體黎講係好豐富既一餐, 可以體驗哂鹹甜既薄餅配十分之多唔同選擇既topping! 而且薄餅唔會食完之後都覺得好似食緊空氣咁, toppings都非常足料
     絕對係好authentic又好食又好睇既一餐, 用黎做celebration dinner就岩哂啦

    值得一提係店員既服務態度超級好, 由於實在有太多galette & crepe選擇, 花多眼亂之下我地都唔知點揀好既時候, 店員俾左好多專業既介紹同埋意見我地, 亦會逐一講解下要點食同埋配咩最好, 令我地都更加了解crepe呢樣傳統食物及餐廳背後既理念
