Egg Benedict / English breadfast / omelette, u can mix and match your own favorite breadfast with different ingredients. \ r \ n \ r \ nNot in a mood for eggs? Dish Recommend: Egg white Frittata with smoked Salmon! \ r \ . if you r a egg lover, u  would know that it's difficult in Hk to have a egg white breadfast , not a lot of restaurant provided that! Even they do , you may need to pay extra for that . But in here , you dun have to . Egg white together with a strong flavored smoked salmon , the taste is perfect ! What make me love to order this dish that much, it's the homemade tomato seasoning  and bread that provided ! 
You will know why I recommond this so bad after you Try !

    4個女仔食乜好?Brunch Club啦，環境、食物同地點都好，而且你食完野坐多陣佢都唔會趕你走，呢樣喺銅鑼灣好難搵的，值得表揚!我地4個女仔叫咗3樣食物(因為要留肚去第二度食甜品)Mixed Grill($98) - 有炒蛋、炒洋蔥、薯餅、蕃茄、sausage、火腿、煙肉、一片麵包(可選sour dough,english muffin或者walnut + raisin bread)，圖中的是walnut + raisin bread。大大份，好彩係幾個人share。Egg Benedit with Smoked Salmon($88) - one of their signature dish, 一定有番D水準，流心蛋黃，底層是english muffin，好味。除左smoked salmon, 仲可以揀plain既egg benedit, ham或者spinach.Seafood Risotto($128) - 有少少貴，不過係好味既，好濃芝士味，飯既軟硬度適中。佢地既咖啡同茶係用Fair Trade既產品，$28一杯細size咖啡，唔算貴，另可加錢轉用soy milk.
