It’s my third time visiting Dominique Ansel. This time I came a bit late, around 1700 and I queued for about an hour to get seated. All the pastries were SOLD OUT sadly. So I got myself some sweet and savoury food! Turnip cake english muffin with soft scrambled egg—This was unbelievably yummy! It’s an english muffin but tasted just like a turnip cake, and I could taste the mushroom and Chinese sausage. Originally we came to HC for shopping, however ended up window shopping. Then we saw this new bakery no queuing required, so we went in to check it out 😬🤣The two of us ordered the egg cutlet sandwiches, omelette soufflé with cheese, the signature pastry and the fish ball skewer, with a cup of americano hot.The fish ball came first, followed by the pastry with the Omlettle came last. 其實一看全部甜品造型都是賣gimmick。平日下午三點多去到，雜誌見過的好幾款甜品已經售罄，令我有些好奇晚上時段堂食還可以吃什麼。排隊的時候我們發現其實外賣和糖食都是在輪候同一堆甜品，外賣不用等位速度固然比較快，堂食要有位才可以點餐，那麼吃不到心頭好的機會就比較高。Soup dumpling即是mango vanilla mousse cake，個味道好鮮，鮮到有些似passion fruit，就是tony wong同fine foods會食到的高級果味。Black & white milk是salted caramel panna cotta，鹽味很濃。用來當杯的朱古力都是酒店standard，是可食用的。中間有流心，底下有crunch，是非常非常小巧精緻的甜點。Turnip cake muffin with soft scrambled eggs是最不推薦，味道有點似蔥油餅。Omelette Soufflé香料及芝士味濃，超出預期的味道，但其實ok，獨特。Blossoming Hot chocolate棉花糖做成花型，遇熱溶化開花。又是少女呃like之選。但幸好是真熱朱，即是用融了
