Since BLT Steak was booked for private party, Al Molo popped in and we walked in. Probably it was because of Thursday there was no queue at 8:30 pm. The waitress nicely guided us to the harbour side out-doors site and the view was beyond perfection👺The stunning sea shore view was definitely an add-on to the mellow interior decorations. We ordered a recommend appetizer: Mare Nostrum consisted of cold-served seafood (scallops, prawns and squids), Italian vinegar and mixed salad vegetables.

The sesame veggie tasted a little bit bitter but it was neutralized by the freshness of the seafood, as well as the appetizing sauce. We especially love the olive oil with smashed potatoes (?)

Didn't get a chance to ask about it but it tasted good with the puffy warm bread.
Then it is the signature Spaghetti with cabonara sauce. The Spaghetti had an excellent texture you could even know it was freshly made. In fact it was freshly made at the working station facing the mall. The sauce got a nice thick consistency and a special aroma of bacon was greatly emerged with the pasta.
My main course was the 8oz American steak in medium rare. The texture is nice thought I think it was slightly beyond medium rare when you cut the sides. Overall it was cooked well and the baked garlic did provide an unique texture and aroma on the smashed potatoes.
We also ordered a glass of freshly made lemon soda, a glass of champagne and Tiramisu.
Toasting to the gorgeous night view of Victoria Harbor and the priceless rent Al Molo has to cover to occupy such stunning dining atmosphere 🤓😀😀😀👽🙌

開飯前兩星期用openrice訂了位，第一次嘗這間由紐約米芝蓮星級名廚Michael White主理的意大利餐廳，格調挺高貴的感覺。餐廳的位置在ocean terminal的G/F，有室內和室外座位。如果怕熱但又想看維港風景的話，可選近窗口的室內座位，晚餐配夜景也不賴。可惜是我們沒緣坐卡位，台與台之間的空間稍為緊迫，台也不太夠位置放食物，因為既定的擺置已有燈台，酒杯，一枝大水。先來一客麵包，熱哄哄的，配上橄欖油很好吃。因為怕太飽，所以沒有encore 第二輪。Margherita好像常吃，所以主菜點了Funghi pizza，cheese 加上點點忌廉磨菇挺香，薄餅賣相挺不錯，外邊入口香脆，不會太乾。總共切成有8塊，兩個女孩吃勉強吃完，但其實是可以邀請他們打包，回家再慢慢嘆就不會浪費。另外，由於給他們主打的homemade pasta 吸引，選了一客名為spaghetti的意粉。本來是想嘗嘗其他的，朋友只是想問多一下關於意粉和配料的選擇，可惜侍應的product knowledge好像不太夠，頻頻說要等一下請示經理，最後是一位外國人經理給我們解開疑問。spaghetti基本是蕃茄做配料

Margherita好像常吃，所以主菜點了Funghi pizza，cheese 加上點點忌廉磨菇挺香，薄餅賣相挺不錯，外邊入口香脆，不會太乾。總共切成有8塊，兩個女孩吃勉強吃完，但其實是可以邀請他們打包，回家再慢慢嘆就不會浪費。

另外，由於給他們主打的homemade pasta 吸引，選了一客名為spaghetti的意粉。本來是想嘗嘗其他的，朋友只是想問多一下關於意粉和配料的選擇，可惜侍應的product knowledge好像不太夠，頻頻說要等一下請示經理，最後是一位外國人經理給我們解開疑問。spaghetti基本是蕃茄做配料，意粉底不可以隨便轉，本來是嘗lasagna，最後還是沒辦法。整體來說意粉是比普通意粉多了一種口感，有點嚼勁，但沒有很大驚喜，質素不過不失。份量有點少，如果多於2人就不夠吃。
