On a Tue evening three big boys visited this restaurant in Kennedy Town.The restaurant looks nice and feels like those in Europe. One bad thing is its poor ventilation. The air con was said to be on but it didn't work at all. 回想第一次到堅城 JASPAS 食午餐已是年多前，當時它初初開店，質素份量均不合俗，但這敞只是平平。臨近聖誕，店內佈置很有氣氛！桌上已 set 好了印有店名的紙巾及餐具：套餐由 80 至 130元不等，可選餐湯或沙律 (一次性到 common area 取)，老實說一定選沙律，因較抵食，但這天與家人同往，齋食沙律有點悶，所以也點了餐湯。餐湯是蘑菇湯，蘑菇味是重及 creamy，但有點可惜嚴重不夠熱，令味道大打折扣。Common area 的沙律選擇約有 6 至 7 款，多為菜，菜好新鮮爽口，也有薯角，雖已炸好一此時間但仍脆，薯味又重，蕃茄好大件，汁多，總體沙律感覺不錯。但沙律 bar 的選擇比起從前少了好多，我記得從前有一盤大的西班牙炒食，但現在消失得無影無蹤。我們點了牛扒，medium，有點生，牛味足，煮得'林'身又鎖住肉汁，切和咬起來都很輕易，推介。套餐包甜品，是雪芭和 berries cakes，賣相美感十足，此處評價有點不 fair 因為兩者我都不喜歡，雪芭冰感太重，好像未溶雪似的，而 berries cakes 是濕濕的，咬下去 texture 很怪，而且 berries 有
