Visited this restaurant for bday celebration. We had 7ppl. It’s difficult to find a Western restaurant that could hold all of us in one table seats and with harbour view. Luckily, the bday boy found Cucina and so all of us could sit together after checking in with Leavehomesafe and showing our vaccination record. Visited this restaurant for bday celebration. We had 7ppl. It’s difficult to find a Western restaurant that could hold all of us in one table seats and with harbour view. Luckily, the bday boy found Cucina and so all of us could sit together after checking in with Leavehomesafe and showing our vaccination record. And Cucina did not only provide nice food, but pleasant dining experience. Coz we had many food photos to show so this tasting dairy will be separated in 2 parts. This one focuses on the food we ordered, the next one covers complimentary service.

for my fav dish there, it must be Grilled Canadian Pork Chop with Spiced Honey Glazed and Corn Purèe, followed by Grilled Mediterranean Octopus and Eco-certified Scallops on Lemon Scented Mashed Potato, Tomato and Pesto. Very skilful cook to grill these dishes🤤🤤🤤🤤high quality of food ingredients too🤤🤤🤤

Very appetizing😋Slices of octopus were chewy and slightly briny. Combined with scallops, tomato cubes and mashed potato in a single bite, the octopus had very rich texture and had its freshness enhanced! Pesto sauce matched well with the seafood too! Thumb up👍🏻

So far the tenderest and juiciest pork chop I’ve ever had (except the US berkshire pork I introduced before, which was 豬肉眼扒. Guess they are different) The purèe was appetizing but I didn’t dip pork chop in it coz the pork chop was already tasty in itself😋

We ordered beef too but I didn’t take photos of it coz I doesnt eat beef😅My fd said the beef tasted good.

海港城有dessert pass，可以試呢度嘅Tiramisu，不過就只係坐近門口嘅梳化位，唔同食buffet嘅咁坐入啲嘅位。第一次嚟，原來近門口呢度係賣cakes嘅，係幾舒服，又唔會趕人走，但就正正係有廚師係旁邊煮野，都幾大油煙，又冇圍版隔住，所以都唔可以坐好耐。至於個Tiramisu，好特別，只憑賣相已經好吸引。杯裝住Tiramisu嘅mix，芝士、朱古力、酒同咖啡味都好夠，咗外再加咗啲朱古力脆粒同薄片係面，連個杯口都唔放過，加咗一個朱古力圈，既可以點綴，又可以更加有朱古力味，正!!

一年四季中，相信秋季是最美好的，因為各式各樣的食材大部份都是在秋天才最肥美或結果，小時候所學的知識也說：「春天發芽，夏天開花，秋天結果，冬天枯萎」。當中的十月，正是野菌的當造期，甚麼摩里菌、牛肝菌及黑松露等等都進入最美味的時侯。上個月的某一個晚上，我與食友們受邀到來這間環抱180度維港景致的Cucina，品嚐一頓美味的野菌晚餐。每次來到一些坐擁醉人景致的餐廳，總是抗拒不了那份拍照的魔力，心情也因而會變得特別好。麵包永遠是最好的餐前小吃，吃後暖和和的。枱上早早放置了一杯芝士薄脆，芝味香濃，帶點咸香，越吃越停不了手，是非常邪惡的小食。幸好此時，一個熱烘烘，樣子趣緻的麵包送來，慢慢撕開後，即感到外層香脆，內裡軟熟，再蘸上特製的香草醬，清幽惹味，又是停不了口的美食，但為著一會兒著想，也是時候制止一下了。第一道上場的是煎鵝肝、脆粟米蓉、摩里菌、牛肝菌及黃菌汁(Pan-seared foie gras, crispy polenta, morel, porcini, chanterelle sauce)($198)，鵝肝甘香豐腴，配上外脆內軟的脆粟米蓉，這個軟硬穴組合實在配搭得宜，再以肥大肉厚的牛

接著的蜆湯燴意大利飯、瀨尿蝦及摩里菌(Risotto cooked in clam stock, sea mantis & morel)($328)，味道鮮美，而且飯粒煙煙靱靱不失咬口，結集合了貝類及菇菌的鮮甜在一起，每一口皆是精華，好吃得令人著迷。另外，大廚將瀨尿蝦做成脆皮狀也是一大驚喜，外層香脆可口，而內裡仍然十分爽甜嫩滑，值得推介。

蜆湯燴意大利飯

秘製蛋麵、摩里菌、黃菌、牛肝菌及黑松露菌(Home-made tagliatelle, morel,chanterelle, procini & black truffle)($328)，相對燴意大利飯清淡，但是松露香氣撲鼻迷人，菇菌爽口，配合甚為彈牙的麵條，清爽不油膩，而且在沒有添加其他醬汁下，更能突出了菇菌的鮮香味美。

來到最後一份主菜，大廚給我們選上了焗海鱸魚、牛肝菌及薯蓉(Oven-baked sea bream, porcini & potato puree)($368)，海鱸魚油甘香肥美，肉質嫩滑，配上菌香撲鼻的牛肝菌薯蓉及打得幼滑的忌廉薯蓉，令味道更添一個層次，甚為動人。

主菜過後，便進入甜品環節，正正因為餐廳在幾日前推出新的甜品餐單，所以今次我們可以先吃為快。從眾多款之中，挑選了幾款賣相精緻，顏色搶眼的。第一款是Pannacotta($98)，顏色鮮豔，並以綠色的開心果來作點綴，配以紅色的雜莓及黃色的焦糖意大利蜜瓜，活像一幅畫作，美得不捨得弄破。奶凍以新鮮雲呢拿籽製作，質感特別，不像平常的軟綿滑溜，偏向結實，有點Crèmeburlee的影子，不過卻富奶香。

這個DOME很有趣，名叫Zuccotto($98)，用料非常簡單，只是以忌廉蛋糕、朱古力及鮮忌廉製作，蛋糕外層十分鬆軟，但吃後有股特別的香味，大家到最後也認不出來，實在有點詭異，但卻很好味。

接著的是一款朱古力甜品Tartufo alla gianduja($98)，可可味濃郁，配上酸酸甜甜的車厘子醬，朱古力迷必定喜歡。

最後的整晚的亮點之一，又是一道出色的甜品，廚師以兩種型態來展現出Tiramisu($98)的美味，先是圓錐體狀的Tiramisu，在軟滑的mascarpone cheese中藏著滲了酒及咖啡的蛋糕，而帶點苦味的朱古力正好平衡當中的甜味。另一個型態就是遍佈碟上的裝飾，首先是白雪雪像雪狀的mascarpone粉粒，凍冰冰的又富奶香，旁邊的啡色醬汁就是以咖啡混合白蘭地製成，各有各的味道，但混在一起時，又變回一道可口的Tiramisu了，實在是創意十足，賣相又美觀。

整晚的菜式都相當吸引，特別是以時令菇菌製作出的醬汁，無論配襯海鮮及肉類皆宜，均能突顯其鮮味所在。另外，甜品賣相精緻，未吃已先聲奪人，令整頓晚飯有個完滿的結局，實在值得高興。
