They have seasonal specials all year round - the seasonal bao being [ Soft shell crab tempura bao ] and the seasonal ice cream bao being [ Hazelnut gelato ice cream bao ] in collaboration with Messina. Both SO GOOD!
Can't wait for my next visit and see what goodness they'll be offering.

季節限定口味是跟澳洲人氣gelato店 Messina聯乘的〔榛子意式雪糕包〕,榛子香氣撲鼻,入口滿滿都是濃郁的果仁味道🤎 -

這道Shrimp tacos是墨西哥菜與中菜的混合體
以墨西哥玉米餅包裹滿滿的蝦膠,炸得酥脆可口
外脆內彈牙,喜歡香口的朋友肯定很喜歡!
上面放上了四川菠蘿莎莎、牛油果醬,滿特別~

黑松露薯條
這道黑松露薯條也太邪惡了!!
店員先提醒我們要先拌勻,每一條薯條都裹滿黑松露沙律醬,超香~
幼身薯條炸得香脆,一直吃一直吃,吃不停口
除了黑松露醬,還加入了魯香菇,吃起來口感與魯肉幾可亂真,好神奇~
另外還有酸甜爽口的日本大根解解膩~

天婦羅軟殼蟹包
吃過前菜,當然就到主角啦~
首先是季節限定的〔天婦羅軟殼蟹包🦀〕
上下兩層中式蒸包鬆軟無比,中間夾住口口酥脆的天婦羅軟殼蟹
配搭蟹籽醃白蘿蔔沙律、酒槽白麵豉、蟹籽,多重口感,多重滋味!

Fish Bao 2.0 ($108)
魚包2.0
另一道〔魚包2.0〕,顧名思義,是他們一般魚包的升級版
採用脆炸比目魚,入口外酥脆內滑嫩,滋味滿滿
佐以自家製他他醬和車打芝士,就是令人滿足的炸魚漢堡!
雖然餐廳絕不推薦把包包切開(看到碟子印上的「No Bao Cutting 」嗎🤣),但還是好想分享這漂亮的橫切面!!

當然預留了位置給他們招牌的雪糕包甜品!
當月限定口味為〔榛子意式雪糕包〕
與澳洲人氣gelato店Messina聯乘,榛子gelato自然有質素保證
入口滿滿都是濃郁的榛子果仁味道🤎
雪糕上還擠上了鹽味Nutella忌廉醬,還有黑巧克力碎,滋味萬分❣️
