和牛沾麵 Wagyu tsukemen $150
It’s in fact my first time trying tsukemen, we sampled both cold and hot tsukemen, tbh there’s not much difference as both get dipped into the hot broth anyway. The ramen noodle is very firm and got enough bite to it which I love. The beef broth is the highlight for me, incredibly rich in beef essence with such depth of flavor (some may find it quite intense and salty but to me it’s quite good), there’re also beef in the broth as well. The staff also kindly offer to refill the broth for us which is a big plus! The wagyu beef is thinly sliced, lightly torched with a good proportion of fat content that simply melts in the mouth.

沾麵湯有牛味 非常濃厚 裡面仲有牛粒
重口味的我就幾鍾意濃汁
但口味冇咁重的可能會覺得偏鹹
個湯唔夠沾麵仲可以添架
招牌薄燒和牛 薄切再用火槍輕輕燒至半生熟
油脂分佈幾平均 唔會太肥
有油脂香入口溶化的口感
日本和牛的牛味此終係冇美國澳洲咁重

Wow I simply can’t take my eyes of that glistening yolk (swipe for egg yolk porn🤩), break the yolk and mix it with the rice and beef complete a spoonful of lusciousness. The small pieces of beef in the rice is also a pleasant surprise, such small detail helps adding more flavor to the rice.

飯裡面都有點碎牛肉增添味道 抵讚
