同大埔嘅人講起萬利呢間小店未必個個人都會知,但講起大埔中心馬會投注站隔籬間車仔麵就個個人都會知,畢竟呢間小食店陪伴咗唔少大埔友嘅成長。今日難得行去馬會就順便再幫襯,畢竟都好耐冇食過,小店主打車仔麵同小食,兩餸車仔麵都係 $29 價錢算幾吸引。車仔麵叫咗豬紅、豬腸同蘿蔔,呢度嘅豬紅味道好正又夠香,而豬腸亦處理得唔錯,洗得乾淨又夠咬口,唯一美中不足嘅係啲蘿蔔雖然好淋而且冇渣,但可惜唔夠入味,另外一定要加埋小店自家嘅辣醬,辣醬味道香濃辣度適中,將成個車仔麵再進一步昇華。

嚟到這家食店,第一樣必試嘅就係豬腸粉,夾帶住一絲絲豉油同芝麻醬嘅香氣飄出,隻腸粉滑到冇朋友,入口即化嘅順滑度,真係叫做一絕 🤤。緊接著嘅就係魚蛋,個中帶陳皮嘅微微苦澀,居然令魚蛋嘅鮮味更突出,食落有陣陣清新感,真係食得出手藝同心思!熱呼呼嘅燒賣,又軟又彈,咬落嘅口感配上微辣嘅醬汁,正中夏日消暑,真係令人一次又一次拎筷子都停唔到手!行過萬利小食店前,經唔住個香味吸引,試咗碗車仔麵,發現身為香港人嘅舌尖竟然可以如此滿足!個車仔麵湯頭鮮甜,再加上啲腩汁同微微辣椒,真係食落正!腸粉同燒賣真係絕配,一邊滑溜嘅口感,一邊彈牙嘅咀嚼,加埋豉油同辣醬,簡直係口味大爆發。再飲口自家做嘅豆漿,清新爽口,幫襯完個人都心情愉快。依家多左個理由,下次經過大埔又要特登去光顧萬利啦!🍜🥢🥟

呢間車仔麵有好多年歷史,而家仲保留住傳統嘅懷舊小食- 豬腸粉、仲有魚蛋同燒賣。姐姐拎住較剪剪腸粉既聲, 感覺好似細個拖住父母喺街頭等車仔檔既外賣咁,腸粉一食入口就融化喺嘴度,每一口都好順滑,加埋豉油、麻醬同甜醬,味道就更加豐富,好香好濃郁,令我一食就停唔低口。呢度既陳皮魚蛋都係一個不可錯過嘅小食,魚蛋外脆內嫩, 陳皮嘅微酸同微苦可以平衡返魚漿嘅鮮味,仲有陣陣既陳皮香,而燒賣亦係另一款令人愛不釋手嘅小食,有咬口唔會有粉漿感覺 , 同腸粉一齊食,味道互相襯托又開胃。支持地道小店,保留香港嘅傳統味道同香港街頭小食!

A first sip of hot broth is very satisfying. It is sightless salty. Spicy sauce can freely add on the broth. It is very appetising. The noodles has greatly texture with just the right amount of chewiness. The pig intestines are served in appropriate and bite-sized prices. It is slimy and well braised. The chicken wings and chicken tips was not too tough. Good taste!This bowl of noodles was tasty. The price is acceptable. I feel satisfied in this meal. I would highly recommend to everyone.

曾經是大埔區數一數二的車仔麵,可惜今次幫襯發現佢差咗好多,希望只係我一時唔好彩啦。叫了豬皮、魚蛋、豬大腸同牛腩四個餸,麵底就揀了油麵,加埋一罐可樂,五十元正,價錢算唔錯。四個餸之中最唔掂係個牛腩,其實嚴格黎講佢係D牛腩碎,仲有就係D牛腩無以前咁入味。豬皮、魚蛋同豬大腸都唔錯嘅,不過個湯底又係差,佢個湯底好淡,好似溝水咁,呢碗野真心唔合格。
