話晒都係西營盤嘅街坊,但係我都真係未試過呢間舖頭,呢間舖頭都應該喺度好耐㗎啦!間鋪其實好四五張圓枱,加埋個廚房舖頭一眼見晒!我哋可以食傳統屋企整嘅餸菜,好似蒸魚,剁肉餅,仲可以炒蝦炒蟹!呢度炒出嚟啲嘢夠晒鑊氣,好似炒咗個蒜蓉唐生菜,非常之香!咁我哋人少少,就嗌個傳統嘅蒸肉餅啦,蒸得好好食。我記得好似有少少鹹魚喺上面!另外再點返個煲,沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲,沙嗲煲送個白飯,嘩!真係一流。仲有好多嘢都未試,下次搵多啲人!

啫啫通菜牛肉煲,夠鑊氣,食到底都仲熱。味道適中,不過咸。通菜口感爽脆。椒鹽雞翼皮脆肉嫰。腐乳排骨有咸香,但我吃不出腐乳味,朋友倒吃出腐乳味。魚皮爽口。例湯足料無味精,家常味。

光記食店位置於第二街街尾小店林立嘅水街,從1990年由於原址重建,被迫搬遷,輾轉之下來到西環續業,由小小食店從粥粉麵檔改專攻鑊氣小炒的餐館。現址已經有十多二十年歷史,店舖門面招牌餐廳名同店內裝修都一樣有返十幾廿年前嘅懷舊風格。入到去餐廳望落去都係好似街坊熟客等等,大家飲酒食飯有講有笑好開心。🥰🥰🥰餐廳菜單除咗炒粉麵飯之外,撚手小菜牛雞豬貝類魷魚海鮮等等樣樣都有,冬天仲有合時羊腩煲添😍😍晚飯嚟到呢度嗌咗兩個小菜飲下啤酒🍻生炒排骨,冇錯係生炒排骨,鍾意啜吓骨飲下酒嘅我點先唔會叫返碟先,唔知點解出邊好多都淨係做菠蘿咕嚕肉,係咪因為怕客人麻煩所以咁?味道甜酸啱啱好夠開胃,排骨唔會炸到太乾唔會好厚粉😋😋😋😋😋椒絲腐乳通菜牛,牛肉唔會過醃頭仲有肉感蝦醬咸香味剛剛好😋😋😋😋😋整體食物有鑊氣味道啱啱好唔會太味精,價錢平種類多店員態度又親切啱晒我心水🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰,不過如果要食裝修嘅話就唔係太適合😌

The fried dishes here had enough 鑊氣 heat in the wok. The fried watercress with beef was nicely flavored, not too salty. The amount of beef was also generous.The sweet and sour pork was crispy and not dry inside. The taste of the sauce was just right. Also tried their steamed pork ribs which had a taste of home. Tender meat, real pork ribs with bones, and big portion.Overall there was very little MSG in the dishes. Fair prices. Staff were very friendly. Seemed to be a home run restaurant too.

在西營盤附近的街坊,大多都有聽過光記這名字。屹立不倒多年,店舖更擴充至三個舖位,容納更多食客。由於九肚魚賣光,便點了豉椒炒蜆,有水準,有鑊氣。我們想吃勝瓜,也想吃田雞,便膽粗粗一試問老闆娘能否煮一碟勝瓜炒田雞。老闆娘沒有多想,就很爽快的說OK。我們在等待的過程中,很懷疑這兩個配搭會否不match,誰知製成品非常有鑊氣,廚師更配上以一些配菜例如蘿蔔片,爽口鮮嫩的黑木耳等,非常好味,下次再來肯定會再點!
