今次去「利星火鍋海鮮小炒」,係因為好耐冇食過香港地道小炒,聽講呢間餐廳係深水埗一間地道又平實既地方,佔地兩層,吾單止上菜快,即叫即炒,仲有好多懷舊經典既菜式。無論你係鍾意海鮮定係小炒,呢度d菜真係又足料又合理價,真係好岩中意香港本地味道嘅既人!.首先要推介飛天芥蘭煲($118),真係必食!吾單止味道好,店員仲會係我地面前表演即炒啫啫煲,果陣時聽到嗡嗡聲,香味四溢,仲有大量蝦乾同蝦醬,提升咗味道既層次感,最特別係有新鮮蝦做點䮕,咬落去鮮味十足!呢道菜除左味道勁,仲可以打卡影相,咁懷舊又有趣,食左仲開心.跟住就係避風塘茄子($118),真係勁惹味!d茄子炸得外脆內軟,口感咁特別,吾會覺得油膩,口味又夠濃,成碟堆滿左香炸蒜,食落去每一口都好有味,好開胃,味道十足。.仲有回味雞煲(半隻$198),真係又多又抵!雞煲一上枱,店員會係你面前翻炒,d雞肉件件都好厚,冇冰鮮味,咬落去超嫩,雞煲既味道好有懷舊feel,仲用Gas爐keep住溫度,吾怕吾熱,完全可以留住d味道同口感。半隻雞都夠哂多,真係每一口都好滿足。.最後就係一口香麻蘿蔔餅($26),包炸得香脆,表面仲有芝麻點綴,咬開入面係蘿蔔絲,口感好特別,吾會太油,反而岩店好,咸香開胃.汽水 $18.白飯 $18.

🥘去咗深水埗嘅利星火鍋海鮮小炒,真係冇令我失望!📍地址就係深水埗福華街151號地舖,位置都算唔難搵。🥢菜遠牛腩米底,米底爽滑彈牙,牛腩炆得好腍,入口即化,而且味道調得好濃郁,菜遠又保持住爽脆,同牛腩搭配一齊,口感好豐富👍🦀避風塘炒蟹,一上檯已經聞到陣陣蒜香,蟹肉新鮮飽滿,炸得金黃酥脆嘅蒜粒同蟹肉完美融合,每一口都好惹味,真係食到停唔到口😋🐚火焰鐵板蟶子,呢個真係必點!鐵板上嘅蟶子鋪滿蒜蓉同蔥花,火焰一點燃,氣氛即刻拉滿!蟶子鮮嫩多汁,蒜蓉嘅香味完全滲入去,好正!🍮最後食埋佢哋嘅桂花糕,口感軟糯,桂花香味好濃郁,甜而不膩,食完真係好滿足🤩

The rich sauce and ingredients with various textures went in harmony with the chewy rice.Osmanthus Flower JellyA complimentary goldfish-shaped dessert.
