I was here for dinner with my family today, since we were looking for Chinese cuisine and saw this newly opened restaurant in Times Square. The staff here is so nice, and kept helping us refill water throughout the meal. So nice. The interior was also very grand and pretty, it was quite comfortable here. For appetizer, we had 龍蝦塔可牛油果沙律 Lobster and Avocado Salad Taco, the dishing was so cool, it came in a black box with smoke coming out from beneath. It does look like a taco, I would say its presentation was really good. It tastes ok, basic snack to have when you come in with family, it is easy to share, unlike other dishes.
The staff was so nice too, she recommended us 雪里蕻黃魚麵 the yellow croaker fish noodles with preserved veggies, and also helped us distribute them into 4 bowls. It was sooo good. The fish was soft and not fishy, I do not usually like eating fish. But I finished it really quickly. At first I thought it was pricey, but after trying, I see its value.
Also had 焦糖龍井河蝦仁 Stir-Fried River Shrimp with Caramel & Longjing Tea Leaf, yummy, love the sauce.
