First time we went to this place with some friends. Food quality pretty average for a bbq place, crispy chicken skin - was partially soggy, the chicken breast bone cartilage dry and overcooked. Chicken wings, the basic of all foods was cooked unevenly and not salted properly.
To top it all off, the whole experience was let down by the service. Terrible service - there was Highball on the menu, a small glass for $78 and $188 for 1 litre. As only 1 friend had arrived, we decided to share a litre Highball. Upon arriving, I asked for 2 glasses so we could share. The waiter said we could not share. It did not mention on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant.
I asked if I order a bottle of whisky am I expected to drink the whole bottle by myself? He replied that’s different. We ordered a bottle of 1.8l Sake, which was shared between the four of us. We asked once again how can we share this and not the 1litre drink. I was met with no response.
HK restaurant business is not doing well, but with attitude and service standards like this, it is not surprising with them closing down.
Will never return to this place again.
