灣仔道新店,裝修唔似快餐,但原來係買飛半自助果种。35蚊有交易,件頭夠。味道都唔錯。如果多幾款揀下就更正。不過都幾均勻,有雞,牛,豬,魚,有蒸,有燜。今日我地7個人,叫左6個餸,加兩個湯,兩個油菜,都唔洗加多個白飯都夠食,埋單40零蚊好似小菜開飯。最鈡意個五柳魚,酸甜好送飯。要提一提個湯,加8蚊就有一碗,扎扎實實,絕唔係例水貨式。

昨日偕一位友人到我公司附近新開的此間食店同晉晚餐八時許,客人佔一半左右。感覺店內裝潢頗有氣氛:紙皮石地、紅磚牆、深灰漆牆身、木椅桌、深綠漆𥦬框.....raw味十足請問店員介紹招牌菜,他說出名的有老火湯、鹽焗雞、海味什菜粉絲煲等等,最後點了鹽焗雞、海味什菜粉絲和兩個砵仔飯。 海味什菜粉絲煲先來的是海味什菜粉絲煲。什菜有菜心、生菜、西蘭花,是expected的,但沒expect是overcook的!把期望放在粉絲上:失望。粉絲本身質數不高,而且又overcook,變成又淋又賬,一夾即散!所謂之「海味」,是幾條蝦毛乾,加幾件不知名的產!最不知所謂的是,整個粉屍煲淡而無味,更不用說海味味了。想不通為什麼這都能成招牌菜!!! 古法鹽焗雞繼粉屍煲後,這個鹽焗雞總算是值回些少票價!皮香,不吃雞皮的我都吃了幾口肉入味,而且有雞味。點的是最實惠的例牌。 砵仔飯淺即見底,入口即溶。米本身質數不高,怎樣包裝也是枉然。其實,這個價錢,相信很多人都會expect多一點,可惜,簡單如什菜粉絲煲、白飯給我感覺都是hea的。幸好,鹽焗雞和環境氣氛拉回一個合格的分數。

 海味什菜粉絲煲
先來的是海味什菜粉絲煲。什菜有菜心、生菜、西蘭花,是expected的,
但沒expect是overcook的!把期望放在粉絲上:失望。粉絲本身質數不高,
而且又overcook,變成又淋又賬,一夾即散!
所謂之「海味」,是幾條
蝦毛乾,加幾件不知名的產!
最不知所謂的是,整個粉屍煲淡而無味,
更不用說海味味了。想不通為什麼這都能成招牌菜!!!

繼粉屍煲後,這個鹽焗雞總算是值回些少票價!皮香,不吃雞皮的我都吃了

肉入味,而且有雞味。點的是最實惠的例牌。
 砵仔飯
淺即見底,入口即溶。米本身質數不高,怎樣包裝也是枉然。

其實,這個價錢,相信很多人都會expect多一點,可惜,簡單如什菜粉絲煲、
白飯給我感覺都是hea的。幸好,鹽焗雞和環境氣氛拉回一個合格的分數。

A new restaurant in the neighbhourhood of my office! The 4 big words on their sign say Original flavor, Original savor. Their lunch is kind of hectic, fast food, self-help with your tray so I passed that. I went back with my visiting relatives for the New Year dinner! Attracted to their menu of both casual home dishes and in particular their chicken, baked in salt in an authentic recipe so they say! Soup is like what you have at home except maybe a bit oily, but we can tell what is in it fro

I went back with my visiting relatives for the New Year dinner! Attracted to their menu of both casual home dishes and in particular their chicken, baked in salt in an authentic recipe so they say! Soup is like what you have at home except maybe a bit oily, but we can tell what is in it from the taste, not the look. Having left HK for 20 years, my relatives do miss food like this. Rice is a healthy blend of white and red, steamed right out of an oldie clay dish. Cool!

The dessert is a small delight! Homemade 'ma-lai-go' in 3 buns per portion. Just right! Place is a bit small and rather noisy. Service is OK! Restaurants can always be cleaner! Probably worth trying their lunch one time!

Great decor! Great food! Great price!A friend took me there celebrating my birthday. We are a table of 4 consuming 7 dishes, 1 whole chicken, drinks and rice all coming down to only $800. Super value for money with that degree of quality and volume of food. The whole salt baked chicken we ordered took a bit long and the waiter told us it was baked from scratch. A friend took me there celebrating my birthday. We are a table of 4 consuming 7 dishes, 1 whole chicken, drinks and rice all coming down to only $800. Super value for money with that degree of quality and volume of food. The whole salt baked chicken we ordered took a bit long and the waiter told us it was baked from scratch. Certainly worth waiting! The sweet and sour pork is great, greater than any of those that I have tried at home in Chinatown or even in Zhuhai that I go to work so often. Wish they'd subscribe to one of those food courier service so that I can savor more of the authentic, homestyle Chinese cooking. Interesting menu too, Nostalgia and Classics which they explain to be like 'bell bottom' and 'denim jeans' -- a guilo working in Hong Kong, highly adapted into culture & eating culture of the city.... 嘩...呢間野講你地都唔信啊~雖然佢係灣仔又係新開...但係佢地入面d野食,簡直係食到停唔到口啊~又其係古法鹽焗雞啊~你唔好估佢係出面個d,個皮好有咸,入面就一d都冇味wo....佢係成隻都好入味...食完你係會仲想食家....一流啊~另外佢仲有懷舊蝦多士都好好味家..食完個口都唔會覺得個口好油....good!!!最後我仲想介紹個家鄉蒸芋茸,呢個我就係第一次食..我之前都唔係太鍾意食芋茸,但係我男朋友同佢個fd都想試下,所以我地都叫埋....因為我之前試過食完之後個口好似唔知點咁...但係呢個唔係家...但師傅就做到冇我之前食個種感覺啊~利害!!!雖然呢到地方唔係太大,但係我都覺得幾舒適呃...又有電視睇....我地幾個人食完買單都唔係好貴咋...都係幾百蚊...唔錯家...大家都應該去試下.....
