有日食晏得自己一個,早兩日食過同一個老闆嘅刺身,見佢落咁多廣告,就搵呢日食晏試埋佢呢間嘅麵。入到個場,連自己,得8個客。留意,係8個客,唔係8枱客。佢食晏時段有套餐,亦有散叫。見佢特登搵個地度嘅師傅返黎,就試一試佢個砂勞越喇沙。同食過嘅新加坡喇沙比,佢係無咗濃濃頂胃嘅椰奶,轉而用上醬油香料開嘅湯頭,正中我個口胃。入面有好多隻新鮮靚蝦,同其他多種配料,單以價錢、味道同質素,老闆都真係對得住天地良心。雖然我依然有多少遺憾,就係入面無獅蛤…我有個好大嘅疑問,食晏時段得個8個客,由最平幾十蚊到最貴個麵係88蚊,又無加一,雖則係幾好味,但係有幾多人會走去試D好多茶餐廳都有、但係又貴一大截嘅麵?而家高不成、低不就,佢又可以捱到幾耐?

Hear of this 花雕雞 many years ago, went Taipei few times wanted to try but always long que. Saw magazines they opened in HK recently and tried it last night.4 of us tried the 花雕雞, taste very good but portion not enough. Ordered 1 more 1 chili 花雕雞 & 粿條, a good looking Taiwanese cooked for us, the 粿條 is very very nice, far out of our expectation !Still not full enough & ordered hotpot, first time to see Laksa soup for hotpot so tried it. Still not full enough & ordered hotpot, first time to see Laksa soup for hotpot so tried it. Very aroma & condense, good with beef but I think is frozen US beef, fatty & thick but $168 not cheap.

Wanton & beef ball standard la, fish cake is best !

Will come back with more people to try more food since the menu is quite variety.

Missed the Laksa too much so went back for lunch just now, tried the Sarawak Laksa only served at lunch, $88 definitely not cheap but it worths & is a must try !

朋友請食飯, 帶我來這間, 本著一試新餐廳及菜式的想法去試, 地點方便, 裝修清簡, 價錢也不算貴, 但食品果然有驚喜!這兒最出名的是火煱和一品花雕雞, 我們3個女子想吃清一點, 點了花雕雞, 數個餐前小食, 一碟菜及北寄貝刺生.那數款小食賣相不算精緻, 但好開胃惹味, 做佐酒小食也不錯, 我最愛燒粟米, 好香甜, 伴著燒的汁好惹味. 還有, 是炸了脆口芉絲條, 好香口, 不知不覺會成碟食晒, 送酒最好. 最好味是, 又簿又滑的豬肉片, 配上特色的甜甜地的汁冷食, 好好味. 主角出場, , 一大盤放在電爐上熱著吃, 醬汁有點像三杯雞的惹味, 但雞較嫩滑, 還伴有炒年糕.食完雞, 還有一碟像刀削麵般厚的麵, 用剩下的醬汁煮麵, 麵質好彈牙, 有點像簿的炒年糕, 好味又無咁膩.最後點了竹笙上湯娃娃菜清一清, 湯底頗甜.整體印象不錯, 只是甜品有點失色.

好紅的臺灣一品花雕雞來到香港,我咁鍾意食野就一定要試一試佢啦,點知同班朋友一試,嘩果然好食,叫左個雞煲,啲雞肉不算滑可能係新鮮雞問題,但花雕真係好香而且好入味冇得頂,啲服務員叫我地試埋份粿條正我味食過咁好食嘅麵條,佢地話係臺灣黎嘅很好很好,點知啲朋友話唔夠侯咁咪打邊爐囉,哈哈我在這裡居然食到一個很小出邊有嘅喇沙湯底我當然要鴛鴦底啦kaka我很貪心的跟住叫左碟本地肥牛同埋牛胸油,生蠔,鮮肥鵝腸好好食,正我地得四個人食得唔多所以叫多個小食就算啦點知又有驚喜服務員叫我地試個辣家猪大腸嘩我咁大個仔都未食過咁好食嘅猪大腸,d服務.......有台灣來的服務員都幾靚仔吓嘅仲有很多穿著西裝的服務員,服務態度都幾好,攪到我也有一點點大爺的感覺good,下次黎我一定叫多啲朋友,可以試多啲野因為這晚我實在食得太飽了

先要讚一下店主有用心投資裝修,亦有安排很多衣著光鮮的waiter有禮地招呼食客(店不大但至少有5-6個在你附近團團轉),坐得亦算十分舒適。兩人叫了一客招牌花雕雞加果條,有個台灣男孩會主動走來幫我們煮。花雕雞的確是有濃濃酒香,不過....吃下就覺得如同亞媽用拜完神後的雞,用豉油蠔油+白米酒+荵花煮成的一道菜式。吃一塊尚可,整盤蠔油雞在空口吃的清況下真的太古怪啦。雞確不是有雞味肉彈的貸式,一盆雞份量又不多,而且整盆得幾小片年羔點綴下,毫無特色就賣$198,實在令人憤怒。加追果條一客($68),雖然口感QQ,但幾條粉仔賣這個價,實在太離譜啦。本來想叫其他小吃及沙茶火鍋,不過食完花雕雞後就無信心再用咁高級既價錢試佢其他食品啦。恕我不懂欣賞台灣花雕雞的食法, 真的寧願吃四川的央盆雞(有香有麻亦有辣)更加過隱。

食好野就人人都中意啦, 果次食完日本餐, 條脷仲係度回味中. 所以就决定去返上址試埋對面果間台式+火鍋餐廳.由於上次去食日本餐見到對面間餐廳超多人等位, 咁就緊係醒目啲打電話訂位啦. 點知佢地話分時段, 頭輪6點至8點爆咗(有冇咁快吖, 我都早咗2日打啦) 咁唯有訂8點後啦. 嚟到呢度, 有樣野值得讚啦. 訂位時佢地會問你打邊爐定食花雕雞, 如果係食雞嘅話就留定先. 點解要訂? 原來佢地全部用新鮮雞, 所以份數有限...... 哦…..好啦, 入返正題, 講返啲野食. 先講主角” 花雕雞”, 佢地有原味, 小辣, 中辣同大辣, 小弟特別鐘意食辣野, 原先諗住叫中辣, 但兩個損友話唔食辣喎, 咁唯有叫原味啦, 但好彩間餐廳有隻台灣辣椒, 配返啲雞食又特別啱味. 可能用新鮮雞嘅關係, 啲雞又滑又彈牙, 冇得頂. 但啲雞嘅酒味就重咗啲, 不過邊煮邊食啲酒味慢慢咁變咗甘香味, 一個字 “正”間餐廳除咗雞窩之外重有炒蟹同炒蜆都好正, 果晚見到好幾枱客食都食到聲, 不過小弟唔鍾意食多骨嘅野, 咁就試吓佢地嘅”古法炒蜆” 啦. 碟炒蜆一黎到, 我地特左一特. 我食過好多間嘅炒蜆, 但未見過一間

間餐廳除咗雞窩之外重有炒蟹同炒蜆都好正, 果晚見到好幾枱客食都食到聲, 不過小弟唔鍾意食多骨嘅野, 咁就試吓佢地嘅”古法炒蜆” 啦. 碟炒蜆一黎到, 我地特左一特. 我食過好多間嘅炒蜆, 但未見過一間啲蜆咁大隻囉, 捉個侍應問下, 原來佢哋係用花甲皇而唔係普通嘅蜆. 所以啲味特別甜, 特別鮮. 佢地嘅”古法” 炒法都好正, 又係可辣可不辣, 甘次就梗係要小辣啦. 到最後一碟係唔够, 要正多碟先得

最後黎到打邊爐呢部份. 話明打邊爐, 又點少得肥牛呢. 呢度啲伙記就建議我地試下佢地嘅本地肥牛同埋牛胸油, 牛胸油係牛嘅胸軟骨, 食嘅時侯可以用件肥牛包住一齊食, 食落又軟又滑又硬硬哋, 好過隱. 另一樣值得推介嘅係佢哋嘅手打丸, 好彈牙. 最後最後一樣要推介嘅係鮮炸腐皮卷, 勁勁勁脆同香
, 一聞到陣味就好想食, 一落到啲湯度就可以夾起, 超正.

讚就讚完啦, 要到彈呢一部份. 首先講訂位, 之前講過6點至8點爆咗, 所以訂8點後. 原本訂8:15, 但結果要等到差唔多8:30先俾位我地. 佢地解釋話個客買緊單, 又要執位所以要遲咗俾我哋, 算, 解釋接受(因為好多人都等緊, 哈哈
). 第二樣要彈嘅就係買單嘅時候, 佢地話卡機條電話線時好時壞, 所以可能碌唔到卡, 如果係咁, 應該係我地座低嘅時候同我哋講吖嘛, 搞到好麻煩, 食完要落街
. 不過啲伙記嘅態度都好好, 係咁係度講唔好意思. 所以只可以笑笑落街機. 不過整體嚟講都係水準之上, 可以介紹多啲朋友試多啲野再介紹俾大家.

諗住試吓有幾好,點知係失望而回!訂咗9:00點知要等半個鐘先有位,裏面唔係好多人啫,都要等?坐低又無人理,要叫先有人攞menu,叫咗飲品過咗十分鐘都未有,原來唔記得咗,啲食物ok la,但啲服務就.......話說我坐係side board附近,啲侍應唔知係咪辛苦,唔係黑埋口面就係啲對話夾雜啲助語詞,好彩仲有個講國語嘅侍應有D禮貌,仲識招呼客人,收費又貴,食物質數又唔係太特出,啲服務又差,我就唔會再去囉,真係太失望!!

少辣花雕雞: 原來小辣都幾辣下, 好多辣椒, 味道再濃啲, 自己鐘意原味多啲.

裸條: 呢個係除咗花雕雞之外必叫的, 今次係個台灣靚仔哥哥幫我哋煮, 煮完會比我哋試味, 好細心. 裸條好滑, 好煙韌, 索哂啲雞汁. 今次比上次食再好食啲.

古法炒蟹: 超正, 我哋叫咗個小辣, 個汁完全入哂個蟹肉到, 隻蟹都好大隻, 配埋個蔥食一流!

炒花蛤: 好味, 好夠鑊氣, 啲花蛤好大隻好甜.

椒鹽鴨舌: 好野味, 鴨舌啖啖肉!

刺身: 個醬汁勁得! 有啲似泰色辣汁, 不過蒜味重啲, 蝦肉爽口, 配埋一齊食首先食到佢0既鮮甜, 之後啲辣先湧出嚟. 正~

椒鹽蝦頭: 好香口, 蝦頭好多膏.

酸甜蝦頭: 酸酸甜甜0既味, 甜味重啲, 幾特別, 食落無咁熱氣.

奇異果蘆薈特飲: 幾好飲, 要連埋啲蘆薈一齊飲好啲, 如果唔係有啲甜.

食完第二次覺得仲好食過上一次, 氣氛同食物都好好, 會再約朋友嚟試!

this place is really quite expensive, the chicken pot for $198 but has only 1/2 chicken inside, the famous 粿條 is yummy but the size is super small, and 醬油費 $15 + tea for $6 or 8, which i forgot... and the other side order food is a bit overpriced also, and the quality is just so so..the most annoying part is the hand-cut beef on the menu, it's written on the menu saying if we pay credit card there will be a %5 service charge on that!! well, %5 is acceptable for us (but never been to any restaura

the most annoying part is the hand-cut beef on the menu, it's written on the menu saying if we pay credit card there will be a %5 service charge on that!! well, %5 is acceptable for us (but never been to any restaurant will charge extra on some dishes if pay by credit card!), so we still ordered a small one. And since they have this funny charge for credit card, we all assume they do accept credit card right??

when the beef came, we have to admire how excellent of the 刀功 the chef has!! the beef were so thinly sliced so that we can actually see through the beef
(no way they were hand-cut!!) the quarlity is even worse then the beef that we can have from the AUCE hotpot...

End up we ordered very little dishes and cleared all the food on the table, first time in my hotpot life
, when the bill came, we wanna pay by credit card then the server told us they only take cash!! ha? then why there is extra charge written about the beef? and since the price is not cheap, they expect ed us to bring thousands cash to hotpot?

they said the machine was broken!! so i was moaning about why didnt they tell us when we first arrive, and then someone told us the machine was JUST BROKEN, after we sat down. Since this is the case, i said nothing more and i didnt mean to give them hard time.

but when i read the previous post about this restaurant.:
This restaurant is pricy with no reason....
1) It is located in the street market area. Downstairs is muddy & wet. Also, need to climb up 2 level
2) The fish tank, and the window that facing the customer (open kitchen style) was so dirty.
3) The waitress & waiter always standing there in a group instead of serving customer
4) No credit card facilities.

4 days ago already cant use cradit card, apprently the machine was not JUST BROKEN after our arrival 2 days ago, they were just making excuse!! a dishonest restaurant like this, for sure i will tell all my fds it's not worth to try

We orginally thought this is a Taiwaness restaurant, after we look at the menu, we found there are only 1 page of Tawian dish, the rest is all steam boat ingredient.We ordered their famous wine chicken hot pot.... The whole hot pot are full on wine favour ONLY, you can not taste anything....The clam that we ordered are raw and it have no taste inside , all the spicy sauce are on the shell.Overall, this is not a restaurant that I would recommend.This restaurant is pricy with no reason....1) It is

男友喜歡食雞,就帶我上去試試...一上去,有個靚仔問: "有冇訂位呀?"我地話: "冇呀, 咁而家要等幾耐?"靚仔話: "咁最快要9點先有位..."望吓錶, 果時8點都未到........................咁唯有又再去行吓街先囉,......入到餐廳, 地方好大好寬敞, 坐得好舒服~我地叫左個一品雞鍋,加一個台灣特色粿條............個雞好好好好好好味呀~~但就唔係啖啖肉囉...D醬汁又係超級好味~!~!!~~又香又惹味!!!!!!!!!!之後等我地食哂D雞, 有專人過嚟幫我地煮粿條..係用果D醬汁加水煮.....又係超級好味呀, D粿條索哂D汁,正~!但... 價錢略貴左少少...係咪因為名人效應?

Apparently Taiwan Yiping Huadiao Chicken has been very popular in Taiwan and the management team here have tried their best to match and make the taste same as what you would experience over in Taiwan. So I decided to give this place a try.

I call up and made a booking for lunch and invited a friend who works around the area to come along with me. We arrive there around 2pm and ordered the following items :

1. The HuaDiao Chicken
$198.00
2. Fried golden mushrooms
3. Sliced pork peanuts
4. Sour carrots
5. Taro Dessert

For 2 people having lunch this was plenty of food. I would like to focus on the chicken dish because after all, I came here all because of the chicken dish. I must admit that the HuaDiao Chicken was indeed excellent and exceed my expectation. The waiter brought the dish out in a pot and placed it on the cooktop built into the table and allowed the dish to simmer. This kept the dish warm at all times and also allowed futher cooking of the noodles towards the end. The chicken was nothing, BUT the SAUCE was EVERYTHING... The sauce was very very delicious. I could just eat plain rice with the sauce... and it complemented the noodles in the end. I must recommend everything to go and try the chicken dish.

Decor and Ambience. The interior and set up of the restaurant is very comfortable. There are no windows. The tables are spaced out so that you would not feel intruded by fellow diners. The bench seats against the wall could easily seat 3 on each side and there were 2 cooking units mounted in the table for easy food accesss.

Service. The floor staff seem to have a good product knowledge and were very attentive and efficient. Service was attentive enough yet, you won't fell too much of them in your face.

Overall I would definitely go back to pay them another visit.
