每逢大時大節,家人們都喜歡聚首一堂,一年一度的月餅節又到了,不如趁著這個機會來一頓大餐吧!向來享用美酒佳餚,都要有美景陪襯下才能叫做享受,所以坐擁絕妙維港景色的海港城唐人館就非常合適了。 中菜的頭盤一向五花百門,其中粵菜引以為傲的就是燒乳豬,可以體現得到火焰之精髓,燒得皮脆肉嫩,有見及此,大多中菜廳都加以改良,既要體現美味,也要不浪費食材,所以都改用了化皮燒腩仔來代替。燒腩仔絕對是最美味的部位,外層燒得香脆鬆化,內裡柔嫩肥美;同時,師父再以蝦膠、咸蛋黃及紫苔做成百花紫苔蝦卷,鮮味十足又香口,咸蛋黃的加入更有畫龍點睛之效。 占苗很喜歡喝湯,滋補高湯燉佛跳牆由於費時又用料繁多,而且更全是名貴的食材,被稱作湯品之王也不足奇。佛跳牆用料之多實為驚人,可是燉出來的湯色非常清澈,味道濃郁而鮮甜,喝後有黏口的感覺,證明膠質豐富,滋陰養顏,頓時感到無比的幸福落在身上。 緊隨燉湯而來的是香煎加拿大石蠔,蠔身巨大,令人嘩然!就算經過香煎,身型亦只縮了少許,可是卻將蠔味濃縮起來,淋上香蒜牛油汁,句上生菜來吃,油而不膩,好吃! 此時,黃師傅推著餐車而來,才知道這道玫瑰岩鹽燒和牛是即席堂弄的,果然夠氣派。待

占苗很喜歡喝湯,滋補高湯燉佛跳牆由於費時又用料繁多,而且更全是名貴的食材,被稱作湯品之王也不足奇。佛跳牆用料之多實為驚人,可是燉出來的湯色非常清澈,味道濃郁而鮮甜,喝後有黏口的感覺,證明膠質豐富,滋陰養顏,頓時感到無比的幸福落在身上。

緊隨燉湯而來的是香煎加拿大石蠔,蠔身巨大,令人嘩然!就算經過香煎,身型亦只縮了少許,可是卻將蠔味濃縮起來,淋上香蒜牛油汁,句上生菜來吃,油而不膩,好吃!

此時,黃師傅推著餐車而來,才知道這道玫瑰岩鹽燒和牛是即席堂弄的,果然夠氣派。待師傅準備好,隨即開始,先將澳洲M4和牛放在岩鹽板上,用火鎗大火炙燒,香氣隨處四散,最後更淋上惹味的黑椒汁。和牛的質感應該軟嫩,可是有點過火,加上調味有點咸,否則就很好了。

原隻虎蝦乾浸時蔬剛好送來,正好中和了和牛的油膩。魚湯很鮮甜,令到浸過的食材都帶有鮮甜可口的香味,特別是虎蝦乾,香濃惹味,值得一試。

胃口已達臨界,但東星斑球配山楂汁炒飯卻異常吸引,顏色鮮艷,看見已令食慾大增。斑球吃來相當嫩滑,而炒飯亦夠乾身,雖然用上山楂來烹調,但卻嚐不到酸味,只感受到很清爽。

來到甜品時間,是小弟最喜歡的芋泥燉鮮奶,就算再飽亦要吃。燉鮮奶奶香濃滑,配合帶點煙韌的芋泥,甜度剛好, 不消一會兒就消滅了。這個Menu是為了慶祝這間分店而特別設計的,真的相當豐富又豪華。

好耐無同爸爸媽媽飲茶, 選揀了海港城唐人館, 貪佢地點夠方便飲完茶之後可以去shopping.餐廳環境開揚, 望到海景, 枱同枱之間有足夠空間, 唔會有壓迫感, 坐得幾舒服.講返野食, 小龍包有驚喜, 皮薄多汁潮州粉果好足料, 必食另外仲試左古法馬拉糕同埋灌湯牛肉餅, 整體黎講食物質素都唔錯, 會再去.

I wish I had read all the reviews before booking a private room for my son’s full moon dinner recently. ☹️☹️😱😱😨😨

We booked 3 small tables for a total of 24 guests with a customized menu in a private room. First off, I had to admit I did not perform full due diligence as their proposed menu was actually super overpriced! They proposed many expensive items on the menu and quoted us a super ridiculous price per person. Unfortunately, I took their menu at face value as we were in a rush to secure a place. 🙈🙈🙈The total package was at least 2x more expensive than other places such as the Pacific Club or other 5 stars hotels. Lesson learnt - always need to compare a few more places!!! I def felt very stupid to have come to this place in the first place!!! Pls go somewhere if u want to book a private dinner!!!! This place will disappoint you!!! 😡😡😡😭😭😭

Given the expensive menu, we all had high expectations. Yet the food was very disappointing!!! It was nothing like a fine dining quality let alone Michelin star chef led team.

Some comments -

1. chau siu wasn’t as tender as expected, it was quite dry!
2. Abalone slow cooked soup - i thought I was drinking a canned soup with canned abalone!
3. the crystal shrimp prawn was ok crunchy but there was no shrimp taste/not fresh at all
3. the presentations of the seasonal vegetable and lobster noddles were terrible; I thought we were just eating boiled vegetable and noodles. Taste was average
4. Peking duck skin was crunchy but the meat was a bit dry

I mean if it’s at a local restaurant, I would accept such mediocrity. But we did pay a super high premium for it and such average quality is just not acceptable!! 😡😡😡

While the decor of the restaurant is unique but some of the set up are still super local.
1. Why would the hostess sit outside of the restaurant? No fancy places would do it.
2. They do not have their own restroom. I thought I was at a local restaurant when I went to the restroom!!
3. We have this large private room with a terrance which we like but we can see still see the mall and ppl can see us from the outside as the curtain is sheer, which is not nice.

Maybe it’s ok to have dim sum here once in a while but I would not recommend anyone who want to have a nice dinner and def not a private dinner here. There are many better choices out there!!!!!!! This place is a total rip off!!!! Stay away!!! I really don’t see this restaurant would last long. 😡😡😡

生日當天,朋友預訂了位於尖沙嘴嘅唐人館,求其點了兩個冷盤,三個熱菜(燜龍躉和金銀蛋莧菜、羊排),上來的裝碟份量好少,味道一般。最吃驚的是,當我地拿左個細生日蛋糕出來時,大堂經理九秒九跑過來話,會收切蛋糕費100蚊,我蛋糕250,呵呵,最後餐費三個人食左1800蚊,冇下次!不可思議

公司飯局有幸去試一試唐人館,餐廳裝修相當豪華, 公司訂左間廳房,內裡有任飲啤酒, 仲有個露台睇海景夜晚款式精緻,分開哂每人一份上陽江蠔好好食, 加上乾蒜, 好出味螺頭湯, 好足料, 螺頭之外, 菇類都好有份量蒸蟹拑(雖然睇落唔似蟹)夠大隻百花雞, 雞入面放左蝦肉, 特別配搭片皮鴨, 唔駛多講, 同事爭住食最後個個都托住個肚走對我黎講, 間餐廳用黎見客食飯可以, 畢竟夠華麗夠氣派味道不錯, 賣相都好要呃下like但價錢始終係貴, 如果相同價錢, 有更多更好既選擇

仲叫咗啲小菜😧
隻乳鴿奀度暈;
叉燒完全冇叉燒味, 合埋眼真係唔知自己食緊叉燒;
四隻蒜蓉焗蠔。。。 冇蠔味、冇蒜蓉味。。。 成隻嘢根本就冇味。

全餐最好食只係豉椒斑球炒河, 同埋幾壺茶, 跟咖啡果粒馬卡龍都ok, 真係好耐未試過食飯食到冇心機影相。

間房望海景係好靚呀,不過太曬,要落 窗簾呢。

今日嚟咗九龍同朋友食飯、女人就係有選擇困難、費事諗食乜、就試吓佢哋嘅商務午餐、但係個女侍應嘅溝通能力有少少問題、佢問我食麵定食飯、我問佢麵係乜麵、佢話係雲吞麵、咁我話咁好啦就麵啦、但係飯係乜飯?佢答我你咪叫咗麵囉?乜叫左唔可以問嘅咩?個翅做得okay 個大蔥煮牛肉都做得幾淋、不過個大蔥都煮淋曬、個斑塊好鹹、食咗一舊完全唔想食!個帶子個賣相又醜樣、食落又唔覺得特別好食同埋好鹹!金銀蛋菜正常囉⋯⋯點心也是正常!都係香港島間唐人館好食好多!是日糖水係番薯糖水一啲驚喜都冇!唔怪得知間餐廳冇乜人!下次都係唔使泥

個翅做得okay
個大蔥煮牛肉都做得幾淋、不過個大蔥都煮淋曬、
個斑塊好鹹、食咗一舊完全唔想食!

點心也是正常!
都係香港島間唐人館好食好多!
是日糖水係番薯糖水一啲驚喜都冇!
唔怪得知間餐廳冇乜人!

I booked a table for 8 people last night at the Tsim Sha Tsui Branch. Food were pre-ordered the same day via email to ensure I don't waste time going through the menu as we are arriving the restaurant at 8PM. I ordered a total of 11 dishes which includes cold dishes, appetizers/bbq, main course, soup and vegetable. Three of the main dishes were actually chosen from the chef's recommendation list. High expectation! But to our disappointment, the sweet and sour prawns dish was overcooked

I booked a table for 8 people last night at the Tsim Sha Tsui Branch. Food were pre-ordered the same day via email to ensure I don't waste time going through the menu as we are arriving the restaurant at 8PM. I ordered a total of 11 dishes which includes cold dishes, appetizers/bbq, main course, soup and vegetable. Three of the main dishes were actually chosen from the chef's recommendation list. High expectation! But to our disappointment, the sweet and sour prawns dish was overcooked. We were served the wrong vegetable and the captain waiter (I think he is as he was wearing black suit/uniform) asked me twice if I am sure they served us the wrong vegetable? Strange reaction from a captain waiter because if I were him I will check the order list instead of making the guest look stupid. The correct vegetable dish I ordered was served 30+ minutes later.

The Beijing Roasted Duck was also a disaster. Tasteless. Bland. This is by far the least appetizing Beijing Duck I ever had compared to Dynasty, Peking Garden, Jade Garden, T'ang Court, etc.

The waiter serving our table made our experience even worse because of bad attitude and inattentiveness to the needs of his guests. He just couldn't be bothered.

But in fairness, I must say the restaurant itself is well designed - with good ambiance and soothing color scheme and with well appointed furniture. And the receptionist who greeted me was very gracious.
