Cantonese cuisine with a twist, well a twist maybe not a good twist 🤷🏽♂️.I don’t understand what you want me to experience if there are two flies print on the bowl means... 😂😂😂This is the best dish among all. The barbecued beef (肥牛叉燒) is really a delight. Fat tissues are evenly distributed inside, and it is barbecued nicely. The iced sweet and sour pork (冰鎮咕嚕肉) is good too. The low temperature create a glossy texture on the outside. When fresh, the outside is crispy and inside is tender and hot.

I really don’t think those barbecued squab is very tasty. Just normal. And those gloves provided by the restaurant are leaky. My fingers are covered by grease even if I wear those gloves provided. Strange.

That’s actually a dish of numb and spicy chicken, with a twist (?) of an egg(aren’t egg?) which is... a mango juice... stuff (?) in the eggshells. What is the gimmick behind? I don’t understand that at all. The spicy and numb chicken tastes good, but not even close to compatible to those two weird mango stuff.

All in all, not bad. But those twist are just a bit strange to me. And some of those twists actually brings down the dining experience... so...
