💛💜💛💚🐷🍲 新開的餐廳,裝修較簡約。給人「明亮」,「清潔」的感覺。 沒有試它的燉湯,但試了它的「撚手小菜」。現場叫「小菜」的人都頗多的。以「生炒排骨」「中式牛柳」等為主,我試了「鎮江排骨」。 「鎮江排骨」份量足,可算比較大份,以黑色小瓦煲盛上。應該不是用鮮豬肉,但沒有豬臭味。但有點不夠腍,不夠入味,整體上好像芡汁掛在肉上。鎮江汁顏色有點怪怪的,顏色比較淺,不似用鎮江醋,比較似「南乳」的顏色,也不酸。 我估計它其他小菜 或 燉湯 會比較出色。 New food shop with bright environment and refreshing design, neat and tidy. New food shop with bright environment and refreshing design, neat and tidy.
The signature items for this food shop is “Chinese soup”, however I did not try it and took the “traditional Chinese dish” instead.
I tried the “Rib with Vinegar sauce”, and because this special vinegar is from the place named “Zhenjiang”, so we usually call this dish as “Zhenjiang Ribs”.
The rib should be tendered, the sauce should be sweetly sour and marinaded inside the meat. However, the rib only got taste from the outer sauce, no taste inside meat fibre at all. A little bit disappointed. And the colour of the sauce is not right, it should be shinny because of caramelisation and nearly black because of the vinegar.
May be its “Chinese soup” is better than the “Chinese Dishes”.
