德興茶餐廳出名食粉面,今次叫了一碗牛腩牛丸河,一碗雲吞麵,另外加$10有一碟份量不細的腐乳通菜,腐乳夠香👍🏻意想不到德興的牛丸Q彈有牛味,有勝利牛丸的風采,強推🌟🌟🌟,牛腩撞手神,今次算不錯,肥瘦適中,河粉口感都不錯😋會再N call呢碗河粉德興凍檸茶茶味甘苦得黎同檸檬好配,酸酸甜甜好好飲。

I was stopping by for a quick late lunch and didnt expect to write a review about this cha chaan ting. After dining in, I would like to give a big thumbs up for the nice and helpful staff working here. Not a surprise this was my first dining experience. I took a seat after ordering their afternoon tea sets. Cashier staff was already so welcoming introducing tea sets or main dishes people usually order. After few minutes, staff came and let us know we need to send out our order tickets and waiting for their call out. Staff even helped us to send the tickets. Some were so helpful to get the self serving utensils and water. After picking up the food, honestly considering it was an afternoon tea set, noodle meal was quite big. My friend couldn't even finish the whole bowl. Beef ball was bouncy with strong beef flavour. Soup was savoury. Flat rice noodle wasn't go soggy as it usually does. With a sprinkle of spring onion and coriander. Whole bowl had a hint of herby earthiness. While I ordered a simple egg and tomato sandwich. Egg was fried just right without making the whole bread soggy or falling apart. Tomatoes were fresh. A good quick snack.Seeing the food serving beside was all in big portion while seeing their price, it seems definitely worth it. Unexpectedly their staff were welcoming and helpful that really good job. It's an enjoyable experience even just a quick meal.

上次同一班朋友行完「大刀屻」之後,落咗粉嶺嘅「名都商場」,試咗「太興」,食物都唔錯,喺定價貴啲啲,座位又逼啲啲。今次近乎原班人馬,行完「八仙嶺」終點自然落返粉嶺,改食返「德興」,其實唔喺特別偏好,只喺大家行到好攰吓,純粹就腳費事周圍再搵。之前食評講過嘅嘢就唔再重複,總之佢喺茶餐廳之名,快餐店式營運,而下午茶時段照樣多人,不過,好在快餐店嘅客都喺快上快落,轉頭就搵到靠牆四人卡位。不過,講真呢度啲位其實都一樣唔太好坐,比較窄。晌門口櫃枱落單,攞住張飛仔去另一邊廚房櫃枱擺低,等叫「冧巴」,朋友初時唔知個做法,反而擺低咗個牌仔,自己揸住張飛,好似平常晌快餐店咁,所以,都出咗啲亂子,而收銀位嘅店主同啲師傅都唔喺好理,由得啲生客亂晒籠。門口前就楝咗個下午茶餐牌,一眼睇晒,下午茶餐、公仔麵茶餐、三文治茶餐同粉麵特價餐。雲吞米 + 熱檸水 $36老友A食嘢比較清淡,不過,佢都話有啲肚餓,所以揀咗碗雲吞米。佢話碗米粉特別就唔特別喇,啲雲吞OK啦,裏面都足料有大大隻鮮蝦,而且非常之大碗,好夠份量,食得佢好飽,喺啲湯好似少咗啲啫。西多士配雞中翼 + 熱華田 $36老友B就話食份西多都差唔多夠,所以揀咗呢個西多士搭雞中翼,兩隻雞中翼炸得有少少乾,猶幸啲肉都無話嚡晒,但都喺嗰句,唔喺話有咩特別嘢;西多士都喺好似其他茶記咁,中間夾花生醬,但佢話牛油就俾得寒酸啲,而糖膠成樽晌出面拎,自己任斟。炸雞脾配沙律 + 熱奶茶 $36上次見老友食炸脾,都幾唔錯,今次都輪到我食返次啦。同上一次唔同,當時炸脾喺淨食,無話配沙律或薯條,但就只收$30,依家就貴6蚊,不過搭多咗沙律或薯條。揀咗沙律嚟平衡隻炸脾,減低啲罪惡感,好港式嘅薯仔雜果沙律,裝到好大碗,滿一滿成碗飯咁,哈哈!睇樣你都知又喺無咩特別啦,罐頭雜果貨色,食嘅都喺一份懷舊港味。隻炸髀就堅大隻,大過我隻手掌有多。首先就喺無炸燶,而且,炸得皮脆甘香,唔會好油膩,脾肉又夠嫩滑,比預期好。最怕就係炸到又燶又乾又嚡,呢隻脾絕對合格有餘。熱奶茶 仲記得上次嚟飲嘅奶茶喺唔錯嘅,加上喺茶記揀熱奶茶喺非常穩陣之選。奶茶色深有光澤,入口茶底醇厚芳香之餘,口感亦算幼滑。鍾意佢哋用番傳統茶記厚身瓦杯,保溫力強,更喺一種情懷。有時食嘢就喺咁,揀啱嘢食感覺會好好多,上次嘅菠蘿油唔得,今次嘅炸脾好啱食,食個下午茶,雖然體力唔會即刻返晒嚟,話晒行咗6粒鐘,12公里上山落山,但算喺心靈滿嘅最佳「得力素」。

我喺呢間野買左個常餐,見佢叫籌攞餐流水式作業,好似大家樂大快活咁,以為好野…點知等完又等都未到,足足座喺度等足四個字,其他人有餐剩係得我冇,我於是搵個姐姐問,原來攞餐要遞飛我無遞,我等唔切堂食轉外賣, 真係俾佢玩死!啲野麻麻地好食,下次唔再幫趁!😡😡
