when i take it back my home ( just 3-5 mins by walk)it's already soft...!!i think i can enjoy it in some restaurant like ruby tuesday just plus $10 -$20 dollar.i think it's quite expensive if just a snack at street!!

我本身冇帶任何奇望，因為我曾經0係台灣食過覺得味道認真麻麻。醬汁還醬汁，薯條還薯條，不明有何特別。但聽細妹話試過佢既酸忌廉味好味，我就決定試一次，見到佢有兩種味道cross over，就點了酸忌廉夾芝士煙肉。即叫即整，熱辣辣，半溶的芝士加埋濃烈的煙肉粒，真係好好味！平反成功呀！原來就算用料一樣，唔同鋪頭都做到唔同效果的。

09.05.10　愛爾蘭瘋薯@太子愛爾蘭瘋薯從去年前一直火到現在名字叫愛爾蘭，卻是從台灣來的！愛爾蘭有句諺語說：「世界上有兩樣東西不能開玩笑，一：婚姻，二：馬鈴薯。」由此可見愛爾蘭人對馬鈴薯的重視程度愛爾蘭瘋薯就源自於此你會發現其招牌logo下有一句薯條．音樂．啤酒因為在台灣的愛爾蘭瘋薯，是有露天酒吧的在柔和的音樂下，邊吃薯條邊喝酒聊天在香港就只有單純的在賣薯條，不過酒吧式的音樂還是不缺的在太子站出來看到愛爾蘭瘋薯沒人在排隊就不管脂肪的衝擊點了一個酸忌廉薯條付好錢錢，拿著叫號單在門口等雖然說沒客人但薯條是現炸的一份薯條，也需要等近5分鐘剛炸起的薯條，非常的燙嘴薯條是連著薯皮的，炸的很乾身很結實跟麥記那種外脆內軟的口感完全不一樣瘋薯的薯條是完全的呈現著馬鈴薯的味道，一點鹽味也沒有點酸忌廉應該是我的一大錯誤酸忌廉只是一坨白色沒味道的cream薯條又沒味道不加上點蕃茄醬，真的一點味道都沒有呢終於吃過大排長龍的愛爾蘭瘋薯總結是多人排隊的東西不一定好吃…而且價格是貴的讓我心疼沒有下一次詳細食評及照片請看：http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/foodiebarbie/articl

the fries themselves are pretty fresh and 'exotic'; however, it's the sauce that kinda 'ruined' the fries.I picked honey mustard and sour cream flavour last Sunday at this new store.
