吃罢个平平无奇的牛河后,与J先生会合,到外面的"时"寿司午膳.假日中午,客人凋零,只得一两台日本客,正在享受家庭乐.格局几高级,晚饭闲闲地每个人都要六七百银上落,应该是全区之中最高级之日本料理.身处日本人社区,水准应该有咁上下.午市定食有很多选择,寿司定食包前菜,渍物,面豉汤,十件手握寿司,盛惠$120,拍得住旺区的高级寿司店.有玉子,鱼子,带子,螺片,三文鱼,吞拿鱼,油甘鱼等等,其中一件军舰,只是得一"劈"类似沙律酱的白色物体,味道酸酸,这是甚么的一回事?玉子味道近乎没有味道,其他鱼生也新鲜,寿司饭也握得刚好,饭团酸味适中.可是价钱不便宜,与旺区的同类型相比,已经比下去了.J先生的薄牛肉炒饭定食,牛肉吃落也不错,$115一个set也是不便宜.可能晚饭水准会好一点,不过也未轮到我辈者光顾了. 继续阅读

go on Sunday for lunchthe waitress is not helpfull at all, we asked her what type of sushi are included in the sushi set, she only said it depends with intention to helpwe go in at around 1:45, & still having the main course at 2:20, the waitress already hurry us to order desert & coffee & check the bill food is ok, but with such service, I will not visit again. 继续阅读

This's one of my most frequently visited restaurants. It's definitely NOT the best Japanese restuarant in town but gotta be the best one in Taikoo Shing area. The sashimi's quite fresh and they got a pretty good variety. Sushi's nice too. Most value-for-money will be their lunch set. My all-time favy's the minced tuna fish rice or the 3-color sashimi rice set. Usually the sushi's of better quality than rice bowl though. One must try's the crispy crab. If the glass box of crabs happen to be right in front of you, then you can choose which crab to take Off my head the only negative comment will definitely be the waitress who never refill my green tea frequent enough and sometimes wear a really long face. 继续阅读

半只脚踩返公司后,好消息是有假放,坏消息是假期前一日做四日野。忙完半朝后,忙里偷闲,蛇到附近试试开业都一段时间的日本料理。总觉得在这里开了一段时间的日本料理质素该有返咁上下,甫入门后招呼是有板有眼,虽然看唔出是出自内心,但门面功夫是做足的。唔食得生冷野,又无日替,就叫了素食定食(健康料理),只因此品附送乌冬。前菜先上,却欠热毛巾,唔多对路,前菜是渍蒟蒻,渍得烟韧有口感,少吃到入味的蒟蒻,几特别。习惯上是先影后吃的,侍应走来问你喜欢影想的吗?就差点未问你是否记者吧。敷衍一番后,又倾开这里的定食,问有没有日替,又问有没有季节定食?前者答无,后者话唔太清楚,要问问师傅,对客人的问题是几认真的,值得一赞。看著师傅砌料理,「啪、啪」两声一件寿司,几认真的。病得味觉减半,勉强吃得出乌冬煮得过腍,而木鱼汤味太重,小小一碗当前菜还可,主菜的话喊是走唔甩。主菜饭卷及铁火卷是砌得麻麻,若吞拿鱼铁火卷摆得松动点会更好,起麻鱼蓉唔会黏到隔离的朋友身上,对比起台中物,身边食客的寿司明显好好多,但就收$120,这个级数在尖咀或铜锣湾都有其他好选择,但在太古城好似就只得这里做得有板有眼。 继续阅读

o黎食晚饭﹐叫o左个寿司盘﹐生鱼片新鲜﹐但份量偏少。稻庭乌冬好滑好弹﹐一阵就食晒。之后o黎个鳗鱼饭﹐oh no....饭一大盒﹐但鳗鱼一小片﹐冇汁又干﹐饭又冷冰冰冇任何味道﹐剩下一大盒饭都唔系好想食埋佢﹐就此作罢。服务一般慇懃﹐唔系差﹐又唔觉得周到﹐虽然人少少可以静静地﹐不过台细细窄窄﹐唔觉坐得舒服。以价钱相比质素论﹐未必会再帮衬。 继续阅读
