未食過咁難食嘅韓國料理!我同屋企人星期日夜晚七點幾去,無人排隊所以可以即刻入去。我哋叫咗個燒肉套餐,啲肉拎黎個陣係一條條白雪雪未解凍既雪藏肉。有牛有豬,但兩樣食落口都完全無味。而且肉質一啲都唔"林",好韌。全晚好似咬香口膠咁。價錢亦唔平,燒肉一碟$120-$260不等。泡菜煎餅/ 蒸蛋要$100,湯類平均$150。但咁既質素嘅食物完全唔值。食到差唔多九點走,但以我所見全晚只有三成座位有人。埋單$1150, 我哋以後一定唔會再黎食!

We work in the same building as the restaurant which serves quality food thus we visit it once a week or every 2 weeks. They have lunch sets which is great for the money.Nevertheless, we have always been treated differently than the foreigners, such as Korean, Japanese & Westerner (customers). For example, the managers are not friendly to us and the quantity of our appetizers is always less than the others. And if we try to confront with the manager (the lady), she always come up with an explanation and telling us it is not true.Today, the 8 of us were poorly served. We were lucky as the restaurant was quite full, there was one long table left for us to sit down without waiting. However, the waitress/managers were not very keen to take our order at first. We were not served with the appetizer for nearly 30mins. I can understand that cooking our food will take time but not so for the appetizers. Besides, there were three new tables (less than 4 each) came in behind us and two were getting their appetizers. We were really upset, so that we complained about the situation. Within 5 minutes, the waitress place a set of appetizers on our table and the lady manager took them off our table and place them at the 3rd new table, while she mumble in Korean. I guess she said those were not meant to serve us. By then, we were all so furious about the situation and we stood up and left.We shall never return. We just don't understand why we've been treated in such poor manner. Is it because we are local HongKonger????To declare myself, I personally have a good friend who is Korean and I love Korean food and movie and music. I just simply do not know WHY!!!

提及尖東,也許大家會即時聯想到它的地標 -- 大型噴水池;或是每逢聖誕及新年等節慶均吸引遊人爭相拍照燈飾的好景點。除了上述原因外,筆者最深印象還是小時候與家人在此留下的足跡並成為日後的歡欣印記。雖然這年頭已有不少新式食店於尖東一帶駐紮,然而這趟我們卻選擇到帝國中心的梨花園準備懷舊一番。1965年開業至今的梨花園可被稱為韓國菜的佼佼者,對它的名聲絕不陌生,但數到到訪還是首次。步入帝國中心已有份莫名的幽靜,與往昔熱鬧繁盛形成強烈對比,而位處在內的梨花園亦難免有點冷清,聖誕前夕這食店內顧客不怎麼多,正面想法,有個不用等位又不擠迫的地方供晚膳、自成一角實屬難得。這早在2006年翻新過的老店,縱觀餐椅、梳化和地板都留下了歲月的痕跡,幸而以啡白為主調與射燈安裝給予觀感上明亮光猛兼且空間感十足。今天點了個二人烤肉套餐 HK$600,內容包括伴菜、湯和各款肉類,由於筆者不吃牛,因此要求店員將餐內牛肋骨改為豬肉。一如以往,先送來的是數個因應時令而調製的涼伴菜 ,每碟份量很足,當中以辣汁脆玉瓜和泡菜的味道最吸引,脆玉瓜本身清甜多汁,口感爽脆,配上微辣汁醬增加了鹹鮮與食慾;眾所周知韓式泡菜的辣味醇厚,帶著點點醒胃酸度和蒜香,加上大白菜的爽勁,是穩紮的韓式風味。其它伴菜如大豆芽、韭菜與菠菜則味道偏淡,原先估計會略帶麻油香的想法破滅了,煎餅油份很重,除了少量韭菜,基本上吃不出任何味道。材料繼有紅、白蘿蔔片、黃芽白和豬肉片,湯色清與依靠調味是韓式湯水的傳統作法,有別於中式湯水,口味清淡,故此筆者對它的味道沒有奢求。到主角烤肉出場,分別有豬肉(2客份量)、雞肉、魷魚及大蝦兩隻,以韓式醬料醃製過的肉類切得較厚身和完整,並非滿碎的,肉質算是新鮮嫰滑,將雞肉和豬肉片放到圓爐中輕輕一燒,發出咔嗞咔嗞的燒烤聲,霎眼間肉香與油香已隨隨撲進鼻子,急不及待地將微焦又熱辣辣的烤肉放進咀裡,油潤感與肉汁十分豐腴,加上帶有甜味的辣汁,刺激中帶惹味。談及筆者至愛的魷魚體積亦是滿大片的,因新鮮度不差方可吃得出它的爽口彈牙,烤過後產生獨特的誘人香氣,併合預先醃製的甜辣,亦是惹味之作;而大蝦質感紮實富彈性,雖不能歸納為鮮活貨色,但味道絕不遜色,乾燒蝦碌的鮮美相信大家也想像得到,惹味濃香的烤肉配涼伴菜實可減輕油膩感。
