今日就嚟到呢間位於大角咀同埋旺角附近嘅燒我舖頭食咗個下午茶,佢有好多下午茶嘅優惠,平均一個餐都只不過係30至$40包埋嘢飲今日就試咗個燒鵝瀨粉,燒鵝燒得非常夠味,啲皮仲有少少脆配埋賴粉就真係一絕,不過略嫌啲肉唔係好夠,不過30幾蚊嘅茶餐都唔可以要求有幾多,仲嗌咗杯凍檸茶非常之好飲,以下午茶舖頭唔算好多人坐落好富落雨都可以慢慢舒服咁樣坐,冷氣亦都非常之夠。下次嚟嘅話可能會試埋,叉燒同埋其他唔同嘅燒味

🍗鹽焗手撕雞拼燒腩仔瀨粉 以燒味店嚟講,棋子嘅食物擺盤幾精緻,唔會油笠笠亂糟糟上碟。份量亦好大方,對得住個價錢。味道方面,鹽焗手撕雞唔會太過鹹太乾身,抵讚。燒腩仔外皮香脆,算瘦,未必啱鍾意食肥膏嘅朋友。燒腩仔若能切細件啲,溫度熱少少會更好。🍗叉燒拼燒鵝飯叉燒係五花肉,有一層層肥膏向中間個層,食落係爽口,但個人喜歡梅頭個款肥叉。燒鵝係呢間店嘅主打,食落燒鵝嘅油香向度,肉少少偏「un」,皮算係脆嘅。中午時人流量多,好多人都叫燒鵝,燒鵝去貨速度快,相信唔會拎陳年貨出嚟賣,否則會係乾淨淨。欣賞餐廳keep住燒鵝新鮮👍🏻套餐有老火湯贈送,老火湯足料好味道。人均消費約$60。舖頭細小,唔算坐得好舒服,加上冷氣唔夠,炎炎夏日坐得有點辛苦。撇除環境因素,棋子嘅食物質素唔錯,係我嘅常去餐廳之一👍🏻

父親節臨近,今天落去旺角街市搵下食材,回想起爸爸間中會掛住燒鵝味道!一於行過天橋黎到新港豪庭#棋子燒鵝 ,先黎預祝父親節。到正日就食番清啖D。餐廳環境還可以,比傳統燒臘鋪來得乾淨和整齊。見有個抵食2人餐,就叫黎試一試!燒鵝(例)燒鵝皮超級脆,鵝肉都幾多油,好Juicy。叉燒肉質卻完全唔鞋口,入口鬆化同軟腍。配飯一流。菜心油菜份量足夠二人分享。鹽焗及麻辣手撕雞再叫個小食,雞肉口感鮮嫩,唔韌。配飯、米粉、凍檸茶、凍華田價錢大眾化,無加一服務費,質素也挺高,值得推薦比鍾意食燒味嘅朋友仔。
