This morning, I wanted to have some Japanese food with my mom and my little sister because it's been ages since last time I came back HK from Boston. so I went ahead and search where to go near our home, Tsuen Wan, and lastly, this is our decision because it has a pretty convenience parking spot at the mall. I wasn't sure if they have "all-you-can-eat" in the afternoon and didn't know if we should make an appointment or something, so I looked for its phone number to ask all the question I need to know. They have 3 phone numbers but 3 of them does NOT work. It had been on the use for the whole day! I was like: wow, i guess it's super popular, huh? but I was craving for Japanese food so I went there. When I got there, it's already 2pm, so there weren't much people in the restaurant and there was NO ONE waiting at all. I saw at least 4 waitors in there but no one ever gave a damn on us and we even politly asked if some one can kindly help us find a seat. NO ONE DID. we kept standing at the entrance and asking for help, and finally, the one who sat right near the entrance called someone to help us. The problem is, the one sitting near the entrance is actually an employee there. I mean, why wouldn't you help us at the first place when you see us waiting for help? I got a little pissed and my teenage sister couldn't help to say "ugh.. why didn't she help us all along?" Do you know what did the waitress do? she gazed angrily on my sister. I mean, she is just a little girl; you don't have to take it personally, plus, it's your job girl, is getting a seat too much to ask? I got so mad, real mad. However, I didn't say much about it cus I want to have a happy reunion.
About the food, I don't know if I let my emotion get in the way, but I would say that's the worst Japanese food I've ever had in my entire life. The food choices were limited, you can only order rice, noodles, and all those kind of bento. My mom ordered a steak lunch combo, my sister ordered a tariyaki chicken bento, and I ordered a udon/sushi combo. I don't know about them, but my udon is super sweet, yes, SUPER SWEET. It was bad. On top of that, there was a $10/person to have unlimited salmon sushi, and of course we wouldn't miss that. BUT! let me tell you. DO NOT! DO NOT have the salmon sushi!! I repeat, DO NOT! the first few peices were fine, but the second time we ordered, the salmon has blood viber on it!!!! I mean I don't know about you, but eating things raw is pretty dangerous to me, and now you even have blood on it, how can I get over it?
During our lunch, I kept hearing phone ringing. the person sat near the entrance is a supervisor kind of thing i guess and the phone is right in front of her. She waited the phone rang for sooooooooo long and she would anwser it but only when it rang for a really long time.
Yet, one thing I have to state that not every employee in there is bad, they all got me all I want but the one in the entrance really ruined my meal. That's bad after all, I'm sorry.
