Blending Italian with Chinese is quite interesting and fresh, and decided that it worths a try along with the special deco. The ambience was alright. The appetizer platter was funny, but the Italian & Chinese food hardly blend indeed. They were rather put onto the same dish instead.Nevertheless, the food was not bad overall. Yet at this price range, I will go for some other decent place.

本來想去Boathouse嘆個下午茶兼晚餐,最後要會合老豆,由赤柱趕去Elements。我想食西餐,而老豆又要食中菜,想起這間中西合璧的選擇。去到剛可趕及下午茶的last order,下午茶大多四十幾元,要餐飲則要加錢。不過仍然是抵食的,因份量唔細,一個女仔的食量應該會食得飽。先是點了一份下午茶餐:Carbonara-出奇的有水準,汁醬的濃稀度恰到好處,每條意粉也黏有蛋汁,意粉也al dente。煙燻肉香辣芝士長通粉-所謂的煙燻肉即是豬頸肉,汁味也很濃,配以長通粉適合;長通粉亦是咬勁十足。上湯牛腩麵-做得也很出色,湯汁很濃稠,牛腩入味非常,肉質也夠腍;麵不是上海麵、也不似廣東麵,然而很爽口。黑朱古力布甸配意式雪榚-賣相不太似心太軟,也有流心較效果,不過朱古力漿較杰身,而味道不夠濃烈,蛋糕質地似布甸,所以佢稱為朱古力布甸是無錯的。雪榚質感不也似gelato,奶味較重。每人一個下午茶餐後,再散叫了幾款小食:燻魚什果沙律-又一fusion特色,當然不可以與傳統燻魚來比較。蜜瓜糖醋排骨-完全沒有糖醋的酸酸甜甜味道,蜜瓜只是配菜,排骨只有豉椒味,不過肉地幾鬆不韌。八寶飯配意式雪榚-配搭特別,很夠

去到剛可趕及下午茶的last order,下午茶大多四十幾元,要餐飲則要加錢。不過仍然是抵食的,因份量唔細,一個女仔的食量應該會食得飽。

先是點了一份下午茶餐:
Carbonara-出奇的有水準,汁醬的濃稀度恰到好處,每條意粉也黏有蛋汁,意粉也al dente。

煙燻肉香辣芝士長通粉-所謂的煙燻肉即是豬頸肉,汁味也很濃,配以長通粉適合;長通粉亦是咬勁十足。

上湯牛腩麵-做得也很出色,湯汁很濃稠,牛腩入味非常,肉質也夠腍;麵不是上海麵、也不似廣東麵,然而很爽口。

黑朱古力布甸配意式雪榚-賣相不太似心太軟,也有流心較效果,不過朱古力漿較杰身,而味道不夠濃烈,蛋糕質地似布甸,所以佢稱為朱古力布甸是無錯的。雪榚質感不也似gelato,奶味較重。

每人一個下午茶餐後,再散叫了幾款小食:
燻魚什果沙律-又一fusion特色,當然不可以與傳統燻魚來比較。

蜜瓜糖醋排骨-完全沒有糖醋的酸酸甜甜味道,蜜瓜只是配菜,排骨只有豉椒味,不過肉地幾鬆不韌。

八寶飯配意式雪榚-配搭特別,很夠創意,兩者混合一體是,達到一冷一熱效果。八寶飯材料十足,可惜煎得不夠香口。

甜品併盤是Creme Brulee、綠茶雪榚加紅豆沙,Creme Brulee非常之甜滑,亦充滿蛋香,可惜焦糖面燒得不夠脆。紅豆沙類似Cappuccino,表面有層打起的奶泡,創意是有,但味道就另話了。

食物以西式較有水準,而大家較欣賞其食具,每款餐具也設計得很有心思及細緻,用來進食,也會令胃口大開的。

1.the black and white seasame tofu was really nice, refreshing cold white tofu plus warm black sesame tofu2. it came free with some bread plus 3 kinds of bread spread-- 5 spices butter, black bean XO suace and butter, i like that 5 spices butter very much, it goes well with the bread.3. i had the mushroon pasta (3 colour fusilli) -- above average 4. 6. i was late for 8pm booking, they called me @ 8:10pm and advised the best direction towards them-- when i finally got there, they knew it was me, i felt very welcomed.

7. EXTREMELY WONDERFUL desert (way beyond expectations) the red bean cappucino is a MUST try, also the starwberry layer cake is so cripsy, i like their dessert the most!!!!

再一次情迷elements,再一次不顧劣評偏向虎山行。 TMSK其實是上海過江龍來的。上海店位於新天地胡同巷內,賣點是中西菜融合,風味十足。elements新店裝潢貫徹fusion風格,黃金天花、暗黑玻璃,碗碟亦總有顆閃爍的玻璃珠,還把中文名「透明思考」撇棄了,像個去外去闖的中國姑娘,化上濃濃厚妝,感覺妖媚而誘惑。難怪出自上海,氣質太配了,令對上海有情意結的我蠢蠢欲試! 很高興友人不介意嘗新,是晚經歷了:麵包碟-除了一般麵包及脆條,內容還包括香蔥卷,熱吃滋味很不錯呢,我們還re-fill了兩件。伴以麵包碟的也不是只是平凡的牛油,還有肝醬與XO醬;而原來麵包撞XO醬,效果不俗的! 玫瑰松露雲吞-是侍者的推介,卻也是全晚最差的菜式。以蛋皮包裹裡素菜餡料,泡進無味的玫瑰清湯一吃,意境美麗,卻真是淡而無味的。 軟心黃金球-鮮美的炸蝦球中,是微甜的蛋黃醬軟心,咬開有流沙效果,創新而味美。這才是成功的fusion菜! 滋潤燉湯-內容有蟹肉、乾貝、雪梨、烏雞,豐富得很;我自己沒試,然有要求的友人吃得滿意,絕對差不到那裡去~ 乳鴿(主菜)-有個長長的名字,不過忘記了。百多元吃隻乳鴿似乎不值,不過乳鴿肉

玫瑰松露雲吞-是侍者的推介,卻也是全晚最差的菜式。以蛋皮包裹裡素菜餡料,泡進無味的玫瑰清湯一吃,意境美麗,卻真是淡而無味的。
 
軟心黃金球-鮮美的炸蝦球中,是微甜的蛋黃醬軟心,咬開有流沙效果,創新而味美。這才是成功的fusion菜!
 
滋潤燉湯-內容有蟹肉、乾貝、雪梨、烏雞,豐富得很;我自己沒試,然有要求的友人吃得滿意,絕對差不到那裡去~
 
乳鴿(主菜)-有個長長的名字,不過忘記了。百多元吃隻乳鴿似乎不值,不過乳鴿肉質豐腴鮮美,裡面釀了冬菇、蓮子等食材,味道豐富,是百寶鴨的變奏,精細不失味美,很不錯!
 
菊花煙倉魚(主菜)-第一口吃下去,印象就是普通煙燻口味,其實特點在於蓋面的菊花,滲出一絲絲清香。我吃的第一件魚肉是最多菊花的,也是最清香的~
 
食物份量與賣相是一樣的精緻,完成主菜後還有胃口吃甜品

甜不貳-即是是日精選甜品,內容包括紅莓千層酥餅、杏仁雪糕、紅豆cappuccino。紅莓千層酥餅新鮮鬆脆,杏仁雪糕味道甜美令人難忘,紅豆cappuccino其實是起泡的紅豆沙,滋味創意各有特色,吃來十分滿足~
 
苦樂朱古力布甸配雲尼拿雪糕-又再encore這款甜品,布甸不會太甜,又有著濃濃的朱古力味,極飽也吃清光了~
 
個人頗喜歡試新菜,覺得除了玫瑰松露雲吞,其他食物都不俗。此外,侍應態度有禮,服務一欄是稱心的;環境又的確舒服,除了我與友人坐了傾了很久,差不多打烊才離開。相當愉快滿足的一頓飯,埋單八百多,也是物有所值的。謝謝並祝福你~

totally disappointed. it's one of those rare occasions that you felt all your money wasted after having a meal of over $300 per person. the salad is really crap. it's supposed to be arranged as a flower but it tasted like grass. the self-made sauce that served with bread is of nothing special. i'll prefer simpler butter better. the duck breast was way over cooked. the only reason you might want to dine there is that if you don't go now, it'll probably vanish in no time.

昨晚和友人到Elements尋找食的地方,看了幾間餐廳最後選了這頗具情調的餐廳。餐廳以中西Fusion為主, menu內菜式不多,而且價錢頗貴。我倆點了東西豆腐($78),牡丹沙律(118),素之湯x 2($68 x 2),煎雞卷($14x)。豆腐分中西煮法,中式是黑白芝麻炸豆腐,西式是咸的豆腐布甸。味道可以不過份量相等於兩片煎蘿蔔糕。牡丹沙律= Ceasar Salad,可以不吃。素之湯= Cream of Mushroom, 味道香濃可以一試。主菜是店員推介的煎雞卷。雞卷釀有一些有味飯, 但雞有些"鞋",不是太好吃, 而且百多塊錢只有4小塊雞卷,物非所值。總結:開心是因為難得友人抽空為我預祝生日,失色是因為吃得不暢快,浪費了友人的心意。
