The sushi and sashimi are really better than expected, fresh and nice just like famous chains Genki Sushi.
SWORD FISH----they have incredible big sized sword fish sashimi at only 36 HKD as long as I can remember. Fresh and full, it's like every fish cell satiated with water and fish oil. It is a little bit frozen, which is perfect to make the sashimi particularly juicy and crispy.
The sword fish is of wonderful sweetness. We call that flavor 甘甜, it doesn't exactly mean sweet which is too shallow to explain such a blessing... It means so fresh and sweet that the chemicals of the foods have excited our tongue cells to secrete saliva. Examples are oranges and fresh sashimi. One of the best sword fish I ever tried.
I feel bad because in HK sword fish is not really popular.
The lunch sets are also amazing, such as salmon and roe rice, pan fried sweet chicken with rice etc. They occasionally sell raw salmon pieces with bones, good to make soup or grill. Only 12HKD very big size, like 5-6 big pieces?
