去之前已經上openrice做定research~因為咁多間好難揀~睇左幾間~
見呢間都有好多雜誌介紹~又有八折優惠就即管試下la~~

入到餐廳~d員工非常友善~環境都好舒服乾淨~仲送我地餐前薄脆~好惹味,送啤酒一流~~

菜牌上面既款式都算多~但好似樣樣差唔多咁~由於得我地2個人叫唔倒咁多~安全起見都係點必試既咖喱同烤餅..再加個鐵板...我地既選擇如下:

1. 羊肉通心燒卷---見係廚師推介..所以試下~又真係幾香幾好味~值得一試!

2. 椰汁咖喱雞---有另一個係傳統既~不過由於男友唔食得辣~所以揀左椰汁~都好香~
雞又好滑~但我自己就想再辣d!

3. 起初叫左牛油烤餅~好新鮮好好味~但一份唔夠點咖喱~之後就再叫多份洋蔥烤餅..但我都係鐘意食牛油炸餅多d

题外话/补充资料: 總括黎講~呢間餐廳都好值得再試~~不過下次會同多d人黎試多d款式

Tried this place on the weekend, I actually went to Chung King mansion to look for a curry restaurant with my wife as she loves curry and it was our 22nd Anniversary so. When we stepped in towards the gate of the building we were ambushed with so many guys introducing Restaurants, we just took all the cards and went inside, once we were inside a security guy came up to us and asked us if we were looking for a curry restaurant. When we stepped in towards the gate of the building we were ambushed with so many guys introducing Restaurants, we just took all the cards and went inside, once we were inside a security guy came up to us and asked us if we were looking for a curry restaurant.

Then he showed us to this so called signage
where it listed supposedly all the restaurants in the building. We then picked this restaurant and then we were led to the lift by one of the restaurant staff. The lift took a while to come so we ended up walking the stairs as it was much faster. The restaurant was well lit up, and had a relaxed ambience about it. It wasn't too busy at the time as I think we came around 6:30pm if my memory serves me correctly.

The menu was quite informative as it shows you the pictures of all the dishes, so even though me or my wife we're not indian we can still see what the food looks like before we order. We ordered a nan bread, pulao rice-which is supposed to be Indian rice with saffron, and two curries which were, Butter Chicken my favourite
, and my wife loves lamb so we went for lamb curry. Oh and also a BBQ Chicken Tikka. Drinks we ordered a mango lassi, and Tsing Tao Beer. While we waited they gave us a complimentary crispy snack not sure what thats called with a mint and red color sauce it was quite nice something like a salsa dip with crackers, The food arrived quite quickly I think after 15 minutes of waiting.

The nan was very soft like a pita bread but softer, and the curries smelled very nice. The butter chicken was absolutelyyyyyyyyy amazing. I always have butter chicken no matter what indian restaurant I go to, and I have to be honest and say this was delicious. The lamb was good too. The Chicken Tikka was just right in the spice level, not tooo overly spicy and not too mild. The service was quite good overall with the staff being quite attentive, and friendly, they got chinese staff as well which was good I thought for local customers. The total cost wasn't expensive at all for the amount of food we had, and the portion sizes I think were quite appropriate. I would definitely come here again, Its really strange why this place isn't as famous as some others I have heard of but they ought to be. Top class

After fighting my way through those people who all want to take you to the restaurant they work for, I hate this approach and wont listen to them as I pick my own, even if they give me discount, I just don't care and select myself.We took the elevator to the third floor and the only restaurant here was taj mahal, ok why not check it out we thought. 粟米湯同蕃茄湯味道還好, 不過唔太特別,
但個薄脆同洋蔥圈真係值得一讚!

薄脆本身已經有一陣香料味同少少鹹味, 加上上面既洋蔥之後味道幾香口,
唔似出面有d 整到好似食左d 炸粉皮入口咁得個脆字~
洋蔥圈無炸過龍, 入面既洋蔥仲有少少咬口, 加上個粉漿落左味, 上面沈d懷鹽,
味道唔錯~

第一次進入重慶大廈, 一到門口就好似踢足球一樣...左被右被!! 好多人mark住你...去依間啦...去果間啦...由於我地早前已book好位...所以完全唔理佢地...見人過人!!終於成功去到"皇宮印度餐廳"我地一行六人...叫咗一個六人餐...講廣東話嘅哥哥仔仲好老實同我地講...今日個湯係薯仔湯...比較普通...你地可以轉小食...去印度餐廳當然都要飲下印度啤酒啦...其實同香港啲啤酒差不多...所以OK~其他食物其實都係同一個印度味...&都係同一個色!!!不過總括黎講都係好味...亦都食得好開心~

同女朋友於尖沙咀閒逛後, 路過重慶大廈時忽然心血來潮想食咖哩, 但人生路不熟, 當然上黎睇下食評先再作選擇, 最後經陪審團(我同女朋友)一致栽定食le間印度菜, 基於重慶大廈已有一段歷史, 所以一開始已無期望會係高級裝修, 但從餐廳內既小裝飾, 鏡畫同吧枱可以睇得出有努力過既, 感覺到地道既風味, 只係選用紅色波點枱布令我兩感到事情有點兒格格不入~= =”記得之前有人推介過咖哩雞同蒜茸烤餅, 但發現有另一款雞叫茄汁雞, 所以一人一款試試看, 而我仲叫左芝士烤餅同咖哩角,小食: 咖哩角先到, 味道同出面食慣既有d唔同, 香草味比較重, 可以試試!烤餅: 新鮮整起既烤餅令我對le間餐廳加分, 因為佢個烤餅非常有咬口, 口感良好!! 而且本身既味道唔太濃烈, 因為說到底烤餅都只係配角, 唔能夠蓋過主角咖哩既味道~主角: 兩個咖哩都有水準, 咖哩雞有濃咖哩同好強既香草味, 而最開心既係佢用燒雞黎煮!! 即刻香口好多!! 茄汁雞味道較淡, 相比起香草味, 同多左一陣椰香同小小蕃茄味, 會係非濃味愛好者選擇~~從味道同價錢上係一個唔錯既選擇, 但當然並非同情侶拍拖既理想地點啦~

發生了一些不愉快的事,情緒低落了好幾天,在面書發洩了一下。怎料得到好哥哥的立即回應,說陪我吃飯散散心。決定去找一點刺激,把不快的事全部趕走。一向對重慶大廈的印象都不多好。年前更在赴宴途中被夾到入面,所以每次都繞路而行。這次有哥哥相伴,直踩進去。哥哥教路,在詢問處取一張VIP卡,就有人帶你到餐廳,不會受其他人拉客困擾。在點指兵兵的情況下,我們選了皇宮。店面沒有華麗的裝潢,只是簡簡單單放置幾張枱,電視播著印度的歌舞片。一位疑似老闆的男士不斷建議我們食套餐,很硬銷…最後我們還是單點。由於我倆都是吃不了辣的人,所以點的都盡量避開太辣很料理。點完菜餐廳附送兩塊脆脆的餅和沙律。沙律的菜不太新鮮,所以吃兩口就沒再吃下去。脆餅有很重的香料味,也不錯吃。哥哥覺得太刺激,我就自個兒吃完。吃完前菜,先來的是小吃咖喱角。之前在佐敦一家尼泊爾菜吃過這味咖喱角,印象深刻。可惜這些一切開,心即涼了一截。薯蓉這麼少?吃下去,乾的,而且咖喱味不足,青豆味也不夠,有點失望呢…之後送上來的是Tandori Chicken, 哥哥喜愛的燒雞。雞不太有雞肉味,表面也烤得不夠香,幸而肉質稔,挽回一點分數。去吃印度菜怎能沒咖喱。我

去吃印度菜怎能沒咖喱。
我們想吃羊,但吃不得辣。徵詢過老闆後,選了椰汁羊肉咖喱。
這個咖喱還蠻滿意,咖喱汁香料味跟羊肉很配。
雖然加了椰汁,但依然香氣十足,反而多了一份椰香。
羊肉鬆而不羶,值得一讚。

麥烤餅略嬚麥味不足,也烤得不夠。

Arrived there right before they close the restaurant for the afternoon. It would be perfectly OK if they just let us know they were closing. We would have looked for somewhere else. But they decided to let us in, well, if they decided to serve us then they should do the job.Right after we sat down they hurried us to order. Right after we sat down they hurried us to order. Then all through the meal we were given an impression that they wanted us to finish and go ASAP. When were were about to finish the rice (meaning we haven't really finished yet, we still had food on our plate and the drink almost untouched), we were asked to pay. We paid the exact amount but the guy boldly stood there and asked for tips. We were highly disturbed, still gave him some but he appeared not satisfied. Basically we were rushing to finish the food and the atmosphere were weird. It was like they couldn't wait to get rid of us, once we stepped out of the restaurant the door was slammed behind us heavily, leaving a big Bang in the corridor.

Well, the food was nice, but staff was pretty rude. And the water tasted strange. I wondered if it was straight from the tap without any boiling. Chung King Mansion is a pretty old building and just imagine how old the water pipe is...

Honestly I wouldn't go back. I believe there are plenty of much nicer Indian restaurants around.

當中全部人都認為燒魚係最好食!用香料淹制再加上鹽燒既味道係我地廣東人好難去形容既味道!!

值得一提,侍應們都幾好人,唔太忙既時候仲會同我地傾計 (注:有時須要估佢地講咩),一路飲印度啤,一路嘻嘻哈哈,朋友飯局應該係咁~~~

I came here with some friends 4 People, on a week day after work very tired but hungry, my friends wanted to try some curry, and so we decided why not go to Chung King Mansion as this is the famous place for curry. When we stepped in to the building it was a bit entertaining seeing everyone going Ka li wong, ka li wong swamping me and my friends with flyers, cards, and oh VIP cards. I have to say seeing the condition of the building the atmosphere on the ground floor, the restaurant really is quite different, the decorations was very simple and elegant and very clean. As soon as we walked in, it was a little busy however we got a table rather quickly. We sat down and we were presented with a Menu and instantly given some popadoms, with the mint sauce, which was a welcome treat as I was starving LOL. We order a few assorted Nan breads their special Nan is very crisp and sweet realy recommend for anyone. Also we order Mutton (Lamb) Vindaloo, Chicken Korma, and Butter Chicken
my favourite. I have to be honest and say the curries are simply delicious nothing like I have tried at other restaurants at Chung King Mansion. My favourite Butter Chicken was simply amaazinggggg. Hats of to the chef. The service was very nice they have chinese waiters, which I think is a good idea specially for the local customers makes it easier for them to communicate and ask questions etc. Also when we checked the bill we had gotten a 10% discount as we had their VIP card. I will definitely come back,

生日當天,與家人提議來呢間食肆,因為去年生日前夕都來了呢度食飯,感覺唔錯,可惜,今非昔比,味道已不及去年的好,而人情味更少了,因為,去年我也是打電話去BOOK的,老闆招呼了我們坐房,今次打去訂位,要求坐房,職員話VIP Room, Already booking,點知,到達後間房一直空到我們埋單走人,都未有人入去~ 我們叫了套餐,再另加食物(部份食物照片,冇影到),食物水準差了很多,咖哩味唔夠香濃,仲差過自己在家煮既"田師傅咖哩醬",三款口味(芝士,牛油,洋蔥味)既薄餅都應有既香味的,連印度餐廳最基本的咖哩角,都做得唔夠好,比起重慶大廈閣樓的印度小店更差,難道...換走了印度侍應,再請了香港侍應外,仲換埋大廚??還有以前一坐低便自動奉上既胡椒餅都冇埋,死未??經過今年食到餐咁既生日飯後,明年,我一定唔會再想起呢度了~

還有以前一坐低便自動奉上既胡椒餅都冇埋,死未??


經過今年食到餐咁既生日飯後,明年,我一定唔會再想起呢度了~

free o既薄脆, i love it, 因為我一向都好鍾意食印度式o既薄餅, 唔錯, 而且個醬汁薄荷帶dd 辛辣, 恰到好處!!!

芝士烤餅$18, 超級令人失望, 因為佢好硬呀
而且入面d芝士個感覺好怪, 又係好硬, 一d芝士香都冇.........究竟係佢地失手還是lee間鋪頭唔擅長整烤餅??? 我之前o向其他鋪頭食過d烤餅係好鬆軟而且入面d配料唔會煮到過左火................唉~~~

椰汁咖喱雞, 最正常o既一度菜, 因為唔會太辣, 而且d雞肉幾嫩......不過份量就太少, 成$55架, 仲唔跟飯/烤餅


印式燒烤$50變鐵板燒烤$75......

其實我order o既時候已經好清楚咁講係前菜o個板o既印式燒烤(炸物), 點知上到table變左鐵板燒烤............我已經即時問佢, 佢話你唔係order lee個鐵板燒烤咩????? 我地仲拎住本menu即時對, 發現大家誤會左大家, anyway問完男友話ok啦~ 照食啦~~ 所以就照食...........

鐵板燒烤有雞、魚、羊, 同埋唔知仲有冇其他肉類
因為d味道同質感都好難分辨.........但就好唔鍾意食, 特別係入面o既魚, 好腥, 而且一夾就散, 唉~~~ 真係慘情.........


overall lee餐係好普通o既一餐........我一定唔會再o黎lu~~~ 之後到我地8pm走都只係多左3枱外國客..................

賣相靚d 囉, 食落就係papadam 咁既味, 香香脆脆咁
Vegetable Samosa
咖哩角外皮幾厚, 不過幾鬆化, 包住既薯仔, 青豆等餡料食落好香
佢雖然炸的, 但唔算好油膩, 楂上手食唔會成隻手指都係油
味道比出面食開既辣, 但佢都唔算係辣
Tandoori Chicken
一隻雞脾, 一塊雞胸
將本身烤熟左的香料雞, 放在鐵板上再燒熱, 伴以椰菜同洋蔥, 食既時候淋上檸檬汁
雞肉唔鞋身, 食落有好細陣烤肉既焦味,
夾雜埋外層紅椒粉香料, 香就係好香, 不過本身雞肉既鮮味比香料蓋左, 但都係好味
Chicken Tikka Masala
呢味菜一向都係我地的至愛,
味道0岩0岩好, 蕃茄味香濃, 雞亦醃得好入味, 佢整得比出面食開既辣
Chicken Shahi Korma
白腰果咖哩雞
不過不失, 甜甜地, 腰果味好香, 食落亦都係比出面食開既辣

總括黎講, 呢喥既食物都唔錯,
味道0岩0岩好, 咖哩夠香, 烤既又夠惹味
係比出面辣少少, 但佢都唔可以算係辣, 因為其實本身印度咖哩都唔係辣的
呢個二人餐, 樣樣都有d 咁, 算幾抵食下

Brought my friend here to try their food to compare to the Delhi Club in the next block. We ordered: tandoori pomfret, goa fish curry, 'garlic' naan, plain rice. Tandoori pomfret arrived on a sizzling plate. The colour of the fish was slightly yellow-tinted because of the tumeric, i'm assuming. The fish was only half of one instead of a whole (as specified on the menu) and the taste was of plain fish, I needed the chutney on the table to give it flavour The fish curry was alright but the fish wa

We ordered:

Tandoori pomfret arrived on a sizzling plate. The colour of the fish was slightly yellow-tinted because of the tumeric, i'm assuming. The fish was only half of one instead of a whole (as specified on the menu) and the taste was of plain fish, I needed the chutney on the table to give it flavour


The fish curry was alright but the fish was very cheap frozen fillets as the flesh of the fish was nothing like the ones served in other indian restaurants i've tried and seemed to be deep fried instead of poached in the curry, resulting in an over-cooked chewy fish.

The naan was lukewarm when it arrived and although we asked for garlic, all there was on top were cilantro pieces and oil?

All in all i was v disappointed and won't be back here...ever?
