I’ve been to many bakeries in Tin Shui Wai and this one has got to be the best one by far. I would even say it’s one of the best bakeries not just in Tin Shui Wai but all of Hong Kong. I’ve tried quite a few of their breads and tarts and everything always tastes amazing. The baked goods are kept in heated shelves which makes it warm and even more tasty Their egg tarts always sell out fast so come early if you don’t want to miss out. I also want to mention that their prices are very good value for their quality. For example, only $5 for a killer bolo bao. Their egg tarts are also only $5 as well. This bakery deserves all the business and recognition it can get. Please pay them a visit if you can. I promise you won’t regret it! Your taste buds will be very happy afterwards

夜晚買左個藍莓芝士蛋糕返去食。$130一個，上邊有色彩繽紛既水果，個賣相好吸引。小店質素係幾高。最面頭係藍莓果醬同果粒、中間係藍莓味芝士，唔會太酸、太甜或太漏，係岩岩好幾清新。食到藍莓味之餘又食到芝士味，好滑好creamy!底下就係朱古力蛋糕，軟綿綿。個切面係好紮實既，唔會散開。上邊鋪面有4隻士多啤梨、仲有藍莓，朱古力裝飾。個蛋糕四個人食剛好分曬。$130黎講，唔買連鎖既餅店，呢間都係唔錯既選擇，價錢相宜，出品不馬虎呀，買得過！
