It used to be my favorite Korea restaurant as I live in Tung Chung. However, food and service quality drops a lot recently.First, they used to refill the starter dishes, however, they do not refill anymore. Not sure if it relates to cost control. First, they used to refill the starter dishes, however, they do not refill anymore. Not sure if it relates to cost control. Restaurant owner needs to know that more starter dishes they provide, more meat customers will order. It’s hard for Chinese people to eat a lot of meat without accompanying vegetables.
Also, meat served is not fresh anymore. They used to provide thick roasted beef ribs but now it’s very thin and you can taste strong frozen smell, seems like it has been frozen for a long time. I am a bit surprised as they have an outlet in Fu Tong market and should have fresh meat provided.
It’s still the same owner from Korea and same group of restaurant staff but you can no longer feel this is an authentic Korea restaurant like two years ago. There is another Korea restaurant in Fu Tung mall but it seems like this doesn’t help them to uplift the service and food but rather drops in every aspect. You can tell more local Korea people visit the one in Fu Tung than this one. I hope they can review what they can do better in order to win the heart of Tung Chung residents again!
