經過新蒲崗大有街,看見一間米線餐廳,餐廳空間大,座位也很多。午巿提供米線餐和飯餐。米線餐價錢由45元至66元,飯餐價錢由55元至58元。冬天想吃一碗暖笠笠的米線,於是點了米線餐-肥牛金菇米線另加2元轉沙嗲湯底。等了不久,熱辣辣的米線來到我面前,先喝一口沙嗲湯,湯底不是濃稠,沙嗲味一般,帶點辣。米線份量適中,肥牛數片,金菇份量也不多。配菜有芽菜、韭菜及腐皮,份量也是不多。一碗簡單的米線。

晚上同朋友系附近體育館打完羽毛球後想吃小小野,行到出嚟見到呢間有米線吃就入咗嚟試。我哋唔算勁餓,於是就揀咗一份佢嘅招牌花膠濃湯雞鍋配米線,依家天氣涼個鍋keep住慢火煮啲米線嚟吃好暖身,而且味道唔差,簡簡單單食一餐😛💚招牌花膠濃湯雞鍋 配米線 $68份量都足夠,我哋因為唔太餓兩個人吃剛剛好花膠都見到有4-5小片,雞肉都滑同嫩,個雞湯都夠濃味,米線亦軟腍,整體吃落唔差🌟Encore 指數:6.8/10——————————————————————Total HK$68 (2人)

今晚食得非常飽,我同我朋友叫咗-花膠濃湯雞鍋湯底濃郁,美顏花膠讓整體口感更加滑順,米粉吸收了湯汁精華,吃起來特別香濃。雞肉鮮嫩,與花膠口感搭配恰perfect -白胡椒豬肚雞鍋白胡椒香味十分突出,帶有一絲辛辣感,豬肚脆口感與雞肉鮮嫩形成絕佳對比。-椰子濃湯雞鍋椰子香氣非常濃郁,湯底清新又不油膩,讓人感覺十分舒適。雞肉鮮美與椰子甜味配搭得10分合適。雞絲粉皮雞絲鮮嫩,配搭芝麻醬整體口感輕盈。椒鹽玉子豆腐椒鹽鹹香與豆腐細膩,外脆內嫩涼涼黑白配冰粉超鍾意食冰粉,甜而不膩,必食甜品飲品我就叫咗百香果水果茶。餐廳後來都非常多人,而且員工服務非常之好Tonight, I’m very full. The chicken is tender, and the combination with the fish maw is perfect.- White Pepper Pork Tripe and Chicken Hot Pot with Rice Noodles The white pepper aroma is very prominent, with a hint of spiciness. The crunchy texture of the pork tripe contrasts excellently with the tender chicken.- Coconut Chicken Hot Pot with Rice Noodles The coconut aroma is very rich, and the broth is fresh and not greasy, making it very comforting. 喺荷李活廣場行完街,去咗間同地鐵站超近嘅米線鋪食雞鍋。性價比真係極高!🌟招牌花膠濃湯雞鍋$68🌟白胡椒豬肚雞鍋$58🌟椰子濃湯雞鍋$58雞鍋可以配米線/飯/米粉。鐘意傳統鮮甜雞湯嘅揀花膠雞,鐘意清甜嘅椰水味一定要試椰子雞😍。但到咗冬天,胡椒豬肚雞真係特別暖胃,而且加埋豬肚呢款其實係最多餸🤣。🌟雞絲粉皮$38完全抗拒唔到香濃麻醬+滑滑粉皮嘅誘惑🤣。基本上係一啖雞鍋,一啖粉皮咁食。同埋呢個雞絲粉皮最特別係有大量蓉泥,撈埋真係香到不得了。🌟酥香原塊豬扒$23邊有諗過會係咁大塊(大塊過我手掌😆),仲要好腍好多汁。🌟蒜泥韭菜餃子$28韭菜味道好香,肉餡本身已經好甜,加埋佢哋嘅蒜泥(蒜泥白肉醬汁,唔止得蒜泥)味道香好多!

呢間嘢學人整打邊爐,但係完全冇站喺顧客嘅立場去諗。啲湯勁少,又無得俾人加湯或者加水。咁我寧願去南記或者譚仔,起碼好食啲。反正我個人唔會再嚟幫襯。我見隔籬枱,仲要個喎乾晒水。
