This was the first time we had BBQ dinner in this restaurant. The environment is very nice and not as noisy and smoky as some BBQ restaurants. We ordered the 6-person set dinner menu. This Korean restaurant is located in QRE Plaza, just opposite Hopewell Centre in Wanchai. 一向很喜歡韓嘉嵐, 以前team lunch經常來的餐廳, 食物質素高, 價錢合理。韓嘉嵐搬到來灣仔後第一次來, 廿七樓的景緻, 很不錯。lunch人不多, 環境寧靜, 很好。先來6小碟, 我最喜歡的是薯仔, 少少甜, 很開胃。我們點了豬和牛肋骨share, 清清的湯都是我喜歡的, 牛肋骨煮得老了一點, 豬味道則不錯。滿足的一餐午飯。

I went to Han Ga Ram restaurant with some friends to celebrate a friends birthday, and I can say what a treat it was. 見openrice宣傳正宗韓國菜, 滿有寄望的到達, 一去到見到全個場9成都係東南亞藉員工, 差D以為自己去錯餐廳, 已經心感不妙...食物: 我哋叫咗個4人餐 ($1148+10%),  質素同味道真的很一般. 先上前菜, 第一次聽到韓國餐廳那小小碟的前菜竟然冇得refill, 跟住食燒肉所附送的一籃生菜, 竟然同旁邊食2人餐的份糧一樣, waiter 又係話冇免費添加. 我見識少, 但係我哋不論在香港定韓國都真係冇試過有韓式餐廳逐碟前菜逐塊生菜葉計住囉. 你控制成本我明白, 但係你係咪都應該俾番足4人份糧的配菜我哋呢?講番食物, 燒肉同蝦都正常冇特別, 炸雞個皮好粉, 石頭飯飯身太濕同好少服務: 呀侍應姐姐唔知係緊張定點, 剪牛肋骨剪到d肉跌晒落張枱. 兩張枱之間的椅背對椅背只留得很窄的通道, 但係呀侍應姐姐無論如何都要推架收碗車過去執枱, 佢自己同事都話其實可以用托盤執拾, 勁唔好意思的即刻幫我哋幾枱坐路邊位顧客加番外衣套. 最特別係有枱韓國藉食客想點菜, 面對全場東南亞員工, 仲要講英文, 成個呆晒, 最後要個高級阿朱媽職員幫手先掂清潔: 唔知係咪D油煙, 地面幾滑結論: 連飲

味道，环境，服务都很好。价格小贵。点了豆腐海鲜汤，味道棒棒的，咸度辣度刚好，海鲜略少。海鲜饼，脆脆的，味道非常好。缺点依然是海鲜略少。小菜还不错，想多吃点青菜就多要了一份，很大方的就送了一小份青菜。服务态度非常非常好，有礼貌，很真诚和善，服务员英文都不错。还会再来，下次人多试试烤肉。

以前十分喜歡星期六去「二千年廣場3樓」的韓嘉嵐吃午餐，Lunch set 有很多選擇，例如泡菜豆腐湯、炆牛肋骨、石頭飯等，全部都很有韓國風味。無奈一年前突然關門，直到最近見到它原來搬去灣仔，所以今天特別去光顧，打算回味一下，但非常失望。首先，星期六、日及公眾假期已經沒有 Lunch Set 供應，OK，明白的，心想只要食物好味，價錢貴一點都無所謂。兩個人點了「魚卵湯」和「海鮮手打麵」。1) 魚卵湯就是泡菜湯加入煎香了的魚春和魚精子，湯底只有辣味，欠缺蔬菜的甜味，味道很一般。2) 海鮮手打麵，麵質粗粗的，吃不出有什麼特別，很多韓國製造的「即食麵」都比這個麵彈牙好吃。    最失望的是湯和海鮮料，湯淡如水，海鮮全是雪藏貨加熱浸在水裡。新店的佈置比舊店擠，所以坐滿客人時環境有點嘈吵。總括來說，這間「韓嘉嵐」除了店名和以前一樣，味道、價位、環境都大不同了。

在韓國交流了一個月，回來的時候還很懷念韓國時候的食物，吃了很多家的韓國菜，覺得這一間算是最正宗的。一去到位於灣仔的新店， 就被幾位說不標準英文的服務員帶位，聽口音應該是韓國人。叫的一個炸醬麵還有一個人參雞湯飯，那個炸醬麵正正常常，但那個人參湯非常入味，值得再來！
