Have been a regular customer of il Bel Paese for more than 5 years, always love it until recently.I'm not sure if there's a new owner took over the business, but I just suddenly noticed a lot of differences compare with my last visit (2 months ago) and mostly are all negative:- They are charging 18HKD per person for STILL WATER! it is insane. It used to be free. And is feels just absurd to charge people for tap water. So if 5 person dine in they charge you 18*5 = 90 for still water, plus proportional service fee.- Rib eye beef steak becomes smaller. 300 gram now compare with 450 gram in the past.- Pre-dinner bread is 50% less.- The quality of tomato being used in salad is bad.In a nutshell, the value of meal has dropped sharply, I'm not sure what the restaurant is thinking. Maybe they are just trying to figure way out to counter inflation. But I feel it is going too crazy on cutting food proportion or making money from just water.

今天天气非常适合登高，我们从大屿山欣澳爬了两座小山- 大山及大𪨶峒，到了愉景湾，行得有点攰，决定吃一顿丰富的午餐奖励自己一下。我们叫了几款菜式分享：八爪鱼沙律、蚬肉及车厘茄白酒煮意粉（蚬肉连壳细细粒都有12只左右）、24个月Parma Ham火箭菜pizza（材料十足👍🏻）及Margherita 玛格丽特薄饼（Margherita）薄饼上铺满了绿色的罗勒、白色的莫萨里拉芝士、红色的茄汁，几款意大利菜式都有水准（可能是好肚饿之故），不错！另外一款意大利啤酒做紧特价（$58/杯），味道淡淡的，好适合女士享用。

The place was truly a tranquil oasis, providing a serene and soothing atmosphere. The ambiance was simply delightful, allowing me to fully unwind and savor the company of my close friends. The food was absolutely exquisite, each dish prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. I felt genuinely blessed and grateful to be able to dine in such a wonderful setting, surrounded by the people I hold dear. It was a truly memorable experience that filled my heart with joy and contentment. I count myself incredibly fortunate to have been able to enjoy this special occasion in such a remarkable establishment.

庆祝男朋友生日～平日返工咁忙咁快节奏～好需要好好放松一下今次就安排左去愉景湾两日一夜trip😚拣左il Bel paese 餐厅是前openrice book 位仲预先remark 定上甜品既时候写happy birthday 仲惊佢会唔知 仲特登打电话同佢讲声😝 谂住比个惊喜男朋友🤪6点半入座 竟然间餐厅系冇人 之后见到原来好多都系外国人 佢地钟意坐室外～呢间好似主打手工意粉拣左🔅rocket salad🔅beef lasagna🔅stewed beef cheek系咪我唔识嗌定嗌错野食🤣🤣🤣见隔离枱果d好似好正咁Rocket salad 一大堆火箭菜加黑醋 冇咩特别牛肉千层面都唔系想像中扁意粉果类Beef cheek 好嫩 入口即溶既感觉😍😍一路食一路有蚊 仲要几只 愈坐愈痕😵💫😵💫😵💫食得7788 就嗌甜品啦😆主打意大利菜冇理由唔嗌tiramisu 😚一路嗌又惊佢唔记得写生日快乐 又惊太张扬会比男朋友发现于是嗌既时候仲特登用餐牌遮一遮自己 仲细细声同店员讲happy birthday 🤪🤪🤪点知佢听错 仲问我系唔系要cafe latte 🙂最后佢真系唔记得左🥲🥲🥲有少少失望不过佢个tiramisu 又真系几好食 香浓既酒味又唔会太甜我钟意既味道😋😋😋😋从此之后 cafe latte 就变左我同男朋友之间既一个笑话😆😆😆😆埋单$800 到～性价比一般般啦😆

No services and asked few times to set the table but no response. Totally disappointed. This is the reason why people feel like to go other restaurant as we have better choice I offer to get the drink for my table but waitress said she will deliver to us .. unbelievable they keep us waiting only. I had went out 3 times to ask for setup the table. I requested to serve us the glass of water & they served wrongly to the table next to us who showed up later than us .. Totally messy & can’t believe they can have good arrangements for serving food ..
