晚上 在四季 酒店 参加了一个 品酒会， 所以在附近找间餐厅吃饭。 女朋友知道我喜欢吃扒，又未试过阿根廷的牛扒， 所以就带了我来。点了一个Old Style Provoleta， 用烧热了的铁铸pan盛载著烧溶了的芝士，配著脆口的法包，一乐也。不过芝士味偏咸。牛扒就简单地点了一个12oz的Fillet，作为餐厅灵魂，牛扒当然非常美味，牛味浓郁。 另一个特点是供六种酱汁， 可以一次过满足六个愿望。就算一班人吃也可以开心分享。作为一个好酒之人，即使要参加稍后的品酒会。我们仍然点了一杯阿根廷的Syrah 和一杯阿根廷的特色提子Malbec。 结论是即使在中上环一些比较好的餐厅，餐酒依然是酸度较高的货色。然后可能都开了一段时间，果味亦会相对失色少少。

虽然环境同wooloomooloo冇得比较，但系佢嘅牛扒绝对比wooloo优胜🤫有微微嘅炭烧香味，少少焦脆加适当嘅油脂比例，真系好好味😚🫦。。。另外再有六款唔同嘅酱汁（乡下妹表示唔知系咪阿根廷特色嚟嘅呢🤣？）酱汁中和左个油腻感觉~好夹好好味👍🏻👍🏻 不得不提嘅系佢个生牛肉他他💕🥩，真系冇得输，我觉得系我食过最好食嘅他他🫶🏻🫶🏻牛扒嘅盆菜我哋拣咗薯条同埋煮杂菜，两个都中规中矩几好食～甜品我哋就拣咗佢推介嘅咖啡雪糕朱古力批～雪糕好好食仲好有仪式感，但系个批就有啲太甜了🥶脆多士配橄榄油🌟“Lomo” steak tartar $198Bone-in Ribeye $649Healthy Vegetables $68Garlic fries $68Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 $88🍷Dark Chocolate Mousse $118总括嚟讲都系一间值得食嘅餐厅🤓，几有特色而且几好味，庆祝生日都系唔错嘅选择👍🏻🙆🏻♀️🍽

The service was terrible!!!!!My friends and I were planning to celebrate one of our friend’s birthday at this restaurant and we bought a cake to put it there in advance. In the middle of our dinner, one of the waitress just randomly carried out a plastic bag where the birthday cake is still inside the box inside the plastic bag. (also there is a $200 cake charge)I looked at her in shock, as I did not ask her to take the cake out yet and did not expect her to suddenly delivery the birthday cake out like this. When I told her to put the cake inside the kitchen cuz we still haven’t finished, then she gave me the biggest attitude and rolled her eyes at me.She was rushing us throughout dinner the whole night and She kept asking us if we have finished cuz the cake is ready. Definitely will not go back to this place again and will not recommend this place to anyone.It was just terrible experience and we all had an unpleasant night.

男服务员到服务非常一般，感觉没什么耐心，也不会对新来的客人对menu做一些简单的解释。结帐时速度也非常慢，从说结帐到拿pos机过来，差不多十分钟。上菜速度中规中矩，用餐时人不多，环境还不错。

Went for dinner. Ordered the Ribeye ,a grilled chicken empanadas, a grilled calamari salad, a braised mushroom, chips and some coke.👌🏻Nice and dim ambiance , not too noisy. Quite a good environment for a chat and some fine steak.Was arranged a windows seats with stools, honest review would be quite a quiet spot by the window but the stools aren’t the most comfortable to sit. Also it was really really hot as there is no AC in that area. They only rely on the central ac and perhaps some ceiling fans for air ventilation in that area. Definitely affected the whole dining experience. Couldn’t have got out as far as we could (within an hour since order). Basically chunked all the food in and left. 🥩Food wise, it was decent. Quite a juicy ribeye and grilled to perfection, asked for medium rare and had it medium rare. Lots of condiments for you to complement the steak. Mushroom were quite tasty. Also the salad was generous with a refreshing garlic sauce. I particularly like the bread with their balsamic and olive oil. 🥲The empanadas was a bit soggy, skin wasn’t crispy. Also because it was soooo hot, we ordered coke. Unfortunately the coke probably came out from a bottle or they left it open too long. They lacked the carbon, you wanted fizzy drink coz it was really hot but that coke definitely not thirst quenching. Such a shame coz would have enjoyed the whole experience much more if more thoughts go into those. Hope they can improve and will go back again
