今次去到大馆fine dining庆祝生日~餐厅环境好舒服 装修简洁时尚Agora系主打西班牙菜fine dining菜式都好有西班牙感觉 色彩缤纷热情奔放嘅感觉•Pan Candeal with Verdial Olive Oil每次fine dining都会期待个自家制嘅包因为个包就系第一道上嘅菜 present成餐饭嘅感觉呢个包一啲都唔马虎外脆内软 配上一流嘅Verdial olive oil系Perfect match~ •Gazpacho Cucumber西班牙冻汤好好味 平时好惊蕃茄嘅草青味估唔到加埋用青瓜整嘅sorbet 一齐嘅味道好fresh好夹 完全无青味好有惊喜~•Espardenya Sea Cucumber 西班牙版炒面配上好似来自Espardenya的海参呢个面咬落去满有口感 唔系一咬即断的而Espardenya的海参煮得啱啱好非常嫩滑咬落去有阵好鲜嘅海水味 成道菜辣辣地好开胃成个course都好推介㗎~ So far成餐饭都食得好舒服生日送咗个小甜品仲会帮你影张即影即有👍

Deep ocean flavour in espardenya 🤩 first time trying percebes, extremely rare and hard to harvest, tasted a bit like geoduck. socarrat could be treated as the essence of a paella. but i think the bomba rice could be a lil bit more compacted. Texture of venison was a bit chewy yet the sweetness of the potato balanced well with the strong & earthy flavor in venison. 我至爱西班牙菜Tapas 呢种下酒小菜形式的料理,小小一碟的一口份量,可以吃很多很多不同款式❤️冇谂过呢种下酒小菜形式都可以做Fine Dine ‼️由西班牙米芝莲知名大厨- Chef Antonio Oviedo主理的Tasting menu,食尽西班牙特色食材配合崭新的烹调概念!透过食物演绎西班牙文化❤️Agora 只开晚市,并只做两款tasting menu,我就拣咗入门版Menú Agora ($1,388) + Selection of 4 glasses of wine HK$718 per guest餐厅环境气氛极好,独特的红色大理石既抢眼,又尽显时尚气派, 简洁又带Retro的灰色座椅❤️太喜欢了🥹🔸Gazpacho - Cucumber超爱西班牙冻汤❤️一直以来对西班牙东方的认知都是以蕃茄做基础,这个以青瓜和薄荷叶煮成的冻汤颠覆我想像‼️清新冰凉‼️爽🔸Pan con Tomate - Jamón Ibérico自制的蕃茄面包~连橄榄油都一丝不苟!精心挑选来自西班牙南部的马拉加的百年橄榄老树而制成的verdial 橄榄油! 丰富的香草杏仁香味更加丰富面包的层次! 再配上油脂丰溢的黑毛猪火腿!配搭带着丰富的层次变化🔸Escabeche - Mackerel / Tomato / Fig Leaf充满西班牙风味的浸渍生鱼,配上鲜甜蕃茄香醋又发出鱼肉本身的鲜味!半生熟的鲭鱼口感滑顺有嚼劲,让人爱不释口!巧妙地加上无花果,带来一份香醇清新🔸Merluza - Hake / Percebes / Ajada冇谂过今日竟然可以食到狗爪螺!毕竟狗爪螺无论系香港定系西班牙都属于极矜贵食材‼️今日有福气了😋 不愧被誉为来自地狱的海鲜!这份鲜甜味不是盖的,用上蒜头和甜椒粉做汁,用微辣衬托浓浓的鲜香,至于肉质,肥美的爪子部份口感也太像龙虾了吧❤️太多幸福了🔸Chipirón - Baby Squid / Black Bomba Rice / Teardrops Peas采用新鲜花枝与墨鱼汁调制而成的墨汁意大利饭!非常美味的西班牙风味!不要看他黑乌乌的,味道却比外型来得温和、鲜香!采用bomba rice, 一种比较短身的西班牙米,圆滚滚的米粒吸满汤汁后仍粒粒坚实饱满,口感软中带硬!系新鲜八爪鱼脚,成个配搭好有嚼劲🔸Txuleta - Old Dairy Cow / Boletus / FigTxuleta 牛扒是指年长较丰满的奶牛,这些奶牛脂肪含量较高,因此肉味更加浓郁,而且脂肪会形成美丽的云石纹。外皮焦香。中心部分则保持微熟鲜嫩!带出西班牙牛排独特的风味。 🔸Nectarina - Horchata / Meringue / Marigold用野莓的酸味平衡蛋白饼的甜🔸Cerezas - Cherries / Vanilla / White Chocolate本身有点怕白朱古力,香滑的奶味再加上车厘子和云呢拿!酸甜香滑牛奶般的口感🙌🏻再讲讲selection of wine , 由 Anton Marquez 设计,主要聚焦于西班牙酒‼️能够有两位大师级的美酒美食pairing ❤️真系好丰盛的一晚
