Alma Tex-Mex CuisineEnvironment: ★★★★★Service: ★★★★★Taste: ★★★★★今天想和大家分享的是一间位于佐敦的墨西哥餐厅，事源是因为笔者曾于马来西亚和台湾旅行时，吃过某间连锁墨西哥餐厅，随即被墨西哥食物所吸引，返到香港想找找有没有相类的餐厅，发现原来墨西哥菜于香港真的不多。后来有一日于某app看到Alma Tex-Mex Cuisine这间墨西哥餐厅有半价优惠和味道非常不错，因此前后吃了几次。餐厅的格局是走酒吧路线，内裹的光线较暗，如果正常晚餐时间如6-7点，是没有甚么人。电视上播著不同的球赛，等餐的时候可以看看电视，消磨时间。1. 粟米片忘了是收费还是送的，有一小碗，粟米片烤得热和脆，但没有甚么特别。粟米片没有像超市那些加入盐之类，另外餐厅亦有附送的医，那个酱是用红椒加上某种微辛的酱汁组成，配上粟米片味道还可以。值得留意的是，餐厅有一道菜名为香烤芝士粟米片，用的粟米片目测是和送的一样。不同的地方在于份量和调味酱，除非真的很喜欢吃粟米片，否则不建议另外点。2. Enchiladas (芝士焗慢煮肉墨西哥卷饼 牛肉): $ 148这个卷饼一共有三条，每条都包著墨西哥炒饭和牛肉。墨西哥卷饼外有很多热溶芝士，同时亦有淋上酱汁。卷饼：厚薄适中，有少少脆，除了几好味之外，我想不到其他形容词。墨西哥炒饭：除了用的是墨西哥饭之外，没有甚么特别，正常炒饭。牛肉：用的是牛腩，煮得很冧，份量颇多。有调过味，但是不太入味，可能是因为外国比较少以中式的方法煮牛腩。酱汁：吃完都不知道是甚么酱汁，但配上卷饼和芝士，味道不错。虽然刚刚所提到的食材煮得普普通通，但是当你一口气同时吃这几种食材时，便会发现这个配答的味道非常不错。每一口你都可以吃到卷饭，炒饭，牛腩和芝士，很有层次感。如果你未曾试过墨西哥卷饼加墨西哥饭这个配答，我推荐你一试。3. Quesadilla (墨西哥芝士薄饼) $118薄饼内包著的是烟肉，芝士，牛肉（也有鸡肉可选，我两样都试过，推荐点牛肉），洋葱，蘑菇和少量芫茜。薄饼外层烤得十很香脆，用的材料应该和上面的卷饼差不多。牛肉煮得类似是平日到茶餐厅吃到的牛肉片，切得比较小，咬落去很嫩滑。烟肉煮得很香，很有可能是炸过。蘑菇和芫茜也就是平常吃的那些，不多说。4. 酱料: 有三种，有牛油果，Cream和粟米片附送的那一种酱料。吃的时候推荐每一片薄饼沾上牛油果和Cream，风味更佳。薄饼内的材料虽然普通，但是配合得非常好。咬下去时会先吃到香脆的薄饼，之后是芝士的香味，同时又可以吃到牛肉，蘑菇和烟肉粒，烟肉粒是炸过，吃入口时就是很有油香，另外芫茜的味道也特出，令你每一口都可以吃到很丰富的味道。这道菜推荐一定要点，非常好吃。总结:推荐特意一试。餐厅的食材配合得宜，口感和味道的层次感丰富，提供优秀的墨西哥餐，加上半价的话，性价比优越。如果你未曾试过墨西哥菜，推荐你到Alma Tex-Mex Cuisine试试。

今日早早经过佐敦，佢新开果时经过已经好想食，但一路都冇机会，今日终于尼食左!!!唔知系咪今日比较早去到，所以冇咩人，唔洗等位本身谂住食沙律，但因为餐厅比较冻，所以最后冇叫到墨西哥脆片，系免费的，脆卜卜，份量都多，仲有红椒作配菜咁我就叫左墨西哥芝士薄饼配鸡，其实本身叫牛，不过佢比左鸡，但都冇所谓，因为朋友都系叫牛，咁我都可以试下佢果d，$60几，按份量尼讲其实都OK可接受薄饼整个好香；芝士味都算重佢仲有3款酱附送，分别系Sour cream， 牛油果，同另一个系椒?点Sour cream好味D，牛油果味道比较重，抢左整个薄饼味道，而且唔太夹整体尼讲都唔错，环境几好，唔逼，野食好味，只系餐厅冻左少少

Heard from a friend that there is a good mexican restaurant with reasonable price at Jordan!! Finally got a chance to try tonight!It wasn’t too many people in the restaurant at 630 and i secured a seat safely.The decor is simple with some drawing on the blackboard showing the special menu. The food menu is just a printed A4 page but you can find all mexican popular dishes!! Here comes to the foooood🤤🌮Nachos with chicken guacamole and sour cream with the cheesy crispy tortilla chips and chicken! But i think the sauce and the cheese can be a bit more n the chicken is a bit dry..🌮Foie gras and uni tacothis is superrrrr yummy!!! The uni is fresh!! The foie gras is creamy. This taste is superb and i reorder it again!! I just can’t stop eating from that!!🥘Fried shrimpit was shrimp mixing with black pepper and sliced bell pepper. Spicy hot shrimp !!The dinner is great and it just costs $100 pp! I strongly recommend the uni tacos!!!

Portions are very big! Very delicious with good friendly service! It is a tiny but cozy restaurant which is close to Austin westrail station. They can improve the drink menu a bit to include smoothie if possible. Also they should get Coke Zero too. Need to put cokes in freezer first as it is warm. Very nice Mexican restaurant!
