Burgeroom (已搬遷) 新店位置

今日同朋友去銅鑼灣買野,買左心頭好當然要去醫下肚,想搵間坐得casual d既餐廳嘆下食個tea,咁岩提議不如食burger,又唔想去某地方要排隊咁拘謹,就去左burger room~今日叫左個signature既鵝肝burger,賣相相當吸引,連埋一個鐵藍既炸雞,好似岩岩新鮮炸出黎既感覺咁,burger亦都好細心咁cut開左一半,唔洗食到東一忽西一忽,鵝肝睇落大件又juicy,可惜食落有點兒失望,鵝肝雖然好食,但感覺同burger唔係太match,感覺有d太滯,吃不消了,或者分開食會比較好d

I'm a big fan of restaurants that only do one thing, but they have to do it well and prefferably with a touch of obvious passion and pride thrown in. Sadly my hungover burger craving at Burgeroom was a massive dissapointement. 一直想來這裡很久了...之前也有朋友在這間店裡吃過說很好, 一定要去, 但一直都沒去試,到今天終於來了 這間店在位置來說真的有點兒遠...從地鐵站到找到這間店要大概十多分鐘左右, 不過當走到來的時候, 在門外看看就覺得這間店很有格調了, 而且門外那些漢堡照片更令我食指大動 心裡不禁真的愉快多了!! 真的令人很想快點吃呢  我在店裡看到Poster說遲一些這間店要搬遷去了, 好像會搬到名店坊那邊, 那到時就真的很方便了!! 還好剛來到的時候尚早, 不算太多人,, 上面這張是走的時候才拍的照片, 真的坐無虛席, 好在剛來的時候不用排隊輪候, 呵呵!!好了入正題吧!! 單是看餐牌就選很久了...哈哈!! 真的很多款式, 有牛肉, 雞肉, 鵝肝, 蟹和龍蝦什麼的, 每款都很想試, 真的好吸引呢 不過我忘了把餐牌拍照....決擇了很久, 最後點了的是鵝肝牛肉漢堡跟芝士旋風薯條!!首先來的芝士旋風薯條, 單是外表看上去就覺得很想吃了.....喜愛芝士的人一定要叫啊!! 有啖啖濃郁芝士味, 而且薯條也很脆!!! 不過要趕快襯著熱的時候去吃, 不然待芝士冷卻後就會少了那種溶在一起的質感了...再

Burgeroom開左咁耐，今晚終於有時間出cwb朝聖!雖然ok貴，但既然黎到，就梗係要試最出名嘅Foie Gras Beef Burger!!!!淨係個賣相已經好吸引!!! 伴碟有生菜salad好fresh唔錯! 個burger好大份，我用刀叉切黎食有啲啲論盡，but餐廳一早插左兩枝竹籤stabilize都算係咁啦haha 漢堡好厚好juicy,配埋香口嘅foie gras,簡單係正到非筆墨所能形容!!我嘅朋友嗌左cheese beef burger都係嗰句，漢堡好厚好juicy!! 份量好足夠even for a boy!!另外我地share左一個melted cheese twister fries好多cheese!!!!! 見到都開心! 炸到啱啱好少脆但唔硬!! jengggs!強烈recommend burgeroom!! 一定會再黎食my dearest foie gras hahahhaha

聽朋友講過好多次,一直都好想試,終於機會黎啦,慶祝生日走左去食,雖然要排隊但食完覺得好值~是日晚餐叫左大菇菇牛肉漢堡,芝士薯條同雙層芝士牛肉漢堡~個包比普通漢堡包太厚,要分好多啖,而且肉汁多,真係好好味,芝士薯條都好正,芝士夠多又夠濃味,真係滿足晒我呢個鐘意芝士既人總結,野食好好味下次一定再食

一直好想去食，但係間鋪太遠，加上擔心要等好耐位，lunch晤夠時間，一直無黎。直到今日終於去食。。叫左個Portobello cheese burger,見到。。哇，好大個，好像好味，點知一咬落去，我覺得個包一D 熱的感覺都無，除左塊肉有少少暖，，，，食左一半。。食我最愛的fries...omg...都係晤熱。。我仲專登叫hot chocolate..點知。。。熱？？真係無。。暖。。都算得上。。而且。。太甜。。。 失望。。。無特別。。。除左一大個包同一堆fries..今日人晤多，一路都有位坐，maybe好多人食完。。覺得一般。。百幾晤平。。。位小同迫，不如去食個坐得舒服的西餐。。。。

I have heard how famous Burgeroom is for a long time, but I have never tried anything here before. One late afternoon around that area. Check on OR for quick snack and found this place with some good reviews. Hopped in for their famous Foie Gras beef burger. The burger arrived with pretty good size but after the first bite I felt disappointed. The Foie Gras on top was OK but not hot. The beef patty was absolutely not up to Par. Their was rubbery bits and can not tasted anything like a gourmet beef burger. Truly tasteless and the cheese just like those cheap single sliced from the supermarket

公主鐘意食鵝肝，自我自己上次黎試過一次後就掛住佢了！亦好想帶公主試下！好吧！見下午排5、6個⋯就等等你啦！～主要目的,當然就是鵝肝漢堡啦！兩條女，一人一半啱啱好,中午加$25有飲品+薯條架😋還完全無諗過片鵝肝係咁大塊呢！好彩我哋無叫兩片鵝肝那款包，否則就會太heavy喇！～我哋叫多想個洋蔥圈，但我就嫌佢太多粉去炸了～細佬點咗個雙重芝士漢堡包⋯佢話一個男人份量就啱啱好喎！不過都見到佢食到津津有味咁⋯～如果呢到唔使點排隊, 都好值得黎試吓！如果真係要太好長隊，咁就真係要諗諗啦！因為係佢門口排隊都幾辛苦架！就是街頭間老字號熱狗D油煙好勁，其係會吹到過嚟架！

慕名而來，這間的burger果然沒令我失望。這次ORDER了兩個漢堡。芝士鵝肝牛肉漢堡，大大塊牛肉，牛肉烤的剛剛好，吃下去每一口都有牛肉肉汁包圍著，口感十足！鵝肝的分量也比我想像中多！芝士蘑菇牛肉漢堡，蘑菇爽口，不會太難咬開。芝士被剛剛烤好的牛肉和蘑菇熱融化，芝士加上牛肉，味道十分好！

今次食咗以個非常非常非常有肉汁嘅漢堡,整個漢堡口感極度細膩,裡面嘅漢堡牛肉配上金黃色細滑用奶造嘅芝士,仲有一兩條鮮甜爽嫩淺綠色,深綠色嘅蔬菜,和鮮紅色嘅鮮甜蕃茄.米白色嘅漢堡包,係成個漢堡嘅昇華,好似太陽咁溫暖.係一個非常之好嘅一個漢堡體驗

見到Burgeroom係HK十大漢堡餐廳，超愛buger的我一定要去試試!等咗大約十分鐘就有位，坐底後見到大部份漢堡都係用籃上，因為我食野好"論盡"，加上個漢堡又巨型,我一定食到成身都係汁...唸住order 時叫佢比個碟我，點知個waiter話"唔方便!" "吓??"我諗唔通只係食鵝肝漢堡先有資格用碟..?不過用隻碟姐....anyway...當我咬咗一談個漢堡之後，我冇再擔心食到成身係，因為個漢堡係冇乜汁，冇肉味，只係得的雪味同用梳打粉嗱到舊漢堡淋bedbed！如果係用靚牛肉做漢堡，駛乜咁整法？直頭係0分!!!一定唔會再去!!
