閒逛K11,被這間門口放有大bear bear熊的店舖吸引過去,一進門便看見這個Ribbon Chocolate絲帶蛋糕,外表十分吸睛,經店員介紹,原來絲帶部份,不是坊間店鋪所採用的普通硬掘掘糖膠,而是用64% 黑朱古力全人手製作的!正正老公生日,興緻勃勃便帶回家,品嘗後,發覺不太甜,蛋糕內薄荷軟心配黑朱古力慕絲,正!非常有層次感,完全是視覺與味蕾享受,令人回味再回味。啊!還有那玫瑰朱古力奶,口感細膩,包裝可愛,實在驚喜,其產品要再encore!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻老公亦非常滿意,我們正期待再往店發掘其他款式🥰🥰😋😋

Wanted to have a sweet treat and passed by this cake shop in Sogo. Amongst the many other pretty petite cakes, decided to try this Mini Coconut Lime Egg which looked so cute. It was packed in a small box for takeaway.Mini Coconut Lime Egg at $59In terms of look, it was very cute as it really looked like a real egg with a mini sunny side up egg. Look at the "shell" of the egg which looked so real like the real shell. There were several layers. The outermost layer was a thin coating of crispy white chocolate which was not overly sweet at all. It was followed by the smooth white coconut mousse which had a light flavour of coconut and not overly greasy. At the core. there was some yellow lime mousse which was again not so rich. In the middle, there was a layer of raspberry jelly. The cookie base was unfortunately no longer crunchy when eaten. The sunny side up egg was made of white chocolate too! Overall it was quite delicious and just slightly sweet. Those who love sweet treats but don't want to be overwhelmed by the sugary flavour may want to try this. Price-wise, it cost $59 which was definitely not cheap. But quality of the cake seemed quite good. The rating of 4 but not 5 was due to the no longer crunchy cookie base.

Passed by and saw their lovely hot chocolate so I decided to give it a try despite being a bit pricey. You can choose one of their chocolates to mix with it, which I chose whisky.The server kindly explains that after taking a few sips (and taking your photos), to mix the sphere with the hot chocolate.The hot chocolate was rich to begin with though I cannot really taste the whisky(I think they better add two chocolates to it instead)The real kick came after mixing the sphere with the whole cup. The hot chocolate became so creamy and smooth after mixing them up. However, if the whisky(or whatever flavor you choose) can be a bit more prominent, then it would be even better.

雪糕新體驗!最近有個promotion,西班牙皇室玫瑰可可雪糕,like 某社交平台買一送一,雖然雪糕細細個,但已經好夠食!先講下個樣,雪糕面頭鋪滿玫瑰花瓣,散發出淡淡玫瑰花香,賞心悅目。黑蚊蚊既雪糕,仿佛話緊比我知裡面用左幾多可可豆,真材實料。聽講朱古力濃度達70%,食落第一啖有d苦,食多兩啖就慢慢習慣了,漸漸愛上呢種甜而不膩的感覺。而且雪糕質感幼滑,入口即融,味道濃郁,加上玫瑰既芬芳,簡直係錦上添花!
